Today I was surprised by the unusually good service at this location. Jacara W was working the register. She competently took all orders during my visit. I witnessed her take the time to help a disabled patron get to her car with her purchase. She was polite and friendly. When my order was ready, she surprised me by bringing it to my table. Normally, I'm always missing things from my order and always have to request a fork at this location. She thoughtfully brought me everything. I just wanted to give her a shout out as from my observations she doing a great job. Thanks!

I was on my diet so I just ate an 8 piece bucket. They were very busy but I got the fresh hot chicken without much wait time. Friendly manager.

Gave us the wrong drink in the wrong size, and also decided not to give us a single sauce after clarifying aswell as acknowledging our order and still somehow messed it up. I get it if it was like super busy, but c'mon there were like 3 cars there.

We purchased Chicken from KFC for dinner. The food did not have the 11 herbs and spices that KFC normally has. The pieces were small and the chicken was under cooked. If the colonel was alive today he would be ashamed of this place. The Taco Bell side might be good, but I give this a KF C-. This was not the first time being there, but will be the last. I think it’s Bo-time.

Went to get lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Drive thru looked busy so we decided to go in to order. We stood at the front counter for 7-8 minutes, no one came to take our order or even acknowledged we were there, but they could easily see us. They were working on drive thru orders, but not helping anyone at the counter. We finally left and went to Bojangles where we placed our order, got it and left in about the same amount of time we spent inside KFC getting no help. Would not recommend this location.

Come in at 7:30 pm to order an 8 piece family meal and they don’t have any chicken…. Said the person that makes the chicken was in a car accident and just got to work…. So 6 people or more working and only one person knows how to make chicken???? This location has problems if that’s the case!

OMG....worst place. Clearly understaffed. Floors are dirty. Un organized. Food took forever to get. The staff was apologetic but it doesn't help the situation. Sorry doesn't cut it in a business. THIS store should close its doors!!! Stay away!!!

Literally the worse place I’ve been too. It’s so bad I really don’t understand how they are still opened. They have a 2 star rating and a bad sanitation rating. Please get this place shut down and stop eating here. They DO NOT CARE!! It is run very poorly. The reviews don’t lie. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Stopped by few days ago, service was spectacular manager bryan was super friendly and had a great attitude, it took about 10 minutes in drive thru but I didn't mind I had a pleasent experience and food was great and fresh

DO NOT come here after 9! They lock the dining room doors and we were in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes waiting to order and get food.
