Local Time Brewing

Island time shandy is fantastic. Great cream ale malt bill, properly added fruits so as not to sour it or secondary ferment.

Stuttgart amber weizen was crisp, deep nutty flavors, malty sweetness, yet very drinkable light bodied beer.

Cant wait to come back!

This place is all about the beer — and they nail it. Every brew I’ve tried has been clean, creative, and full of flavor. Whether you’re into IPAs, stouts, or something lighter, there’s always something great on tap. No food menu, but honestly, you don’t miss it — it’s the perfect spot to hang out, have a couple pints, and enjoy the vibe. Chris, the owner, is super knowledgeable and down to earth. You can tell he really cares about the craft. Definitely worth checking out.

The beers are good. I’m fussy and I like the beers here.

The concept is cool, ie beers from around the world as the name Local Times suggests the local beer of areas worldwide.

There can be music or music bingo, etc.

Dog and kid friendly. There are games to play and magnetic letters on the wall.

There is inside seating, bar seating, side wall barstool seating, out front at table seating and out back on the side among the woods seating.

They have lite snack foods, but you can bring in food from any nearby restaurant. Burgers, Pho, 2 Italian restaurants, sushi, you name it. There 2 local ice cream places within 1 block, too.

There is water, no-alcohol beer, lemonade for the kids for free, 2 clean bathrooms. Place is well maintained and local ppl often make new friends here.

As parents to multiple children, we really appreciate this place. We like taking our kids places with us and we are thankful for the kid-friendly touches at local time. Love the drinks too!

Recommend the NZ hazy IPA but really can’t go wiring with any of their options

Love LOVE local time! They should have put more of their brewing space in a cheaper building/remote location and expanded the seating footprint + a better side patio (vs mulch). Love the atmosphere though and so happy for Holly springs! Thanks Local time!!

Seriously-the Vienna and Rice lagers..just amazing!! No wonder they were awarded for it! Really delicious flavor in both! I can taste that quality!

Clean, modern/industrial brewery space, friendly staff, decent beers.Convenient location just off the main drag in Holly Springs, with your typical run-of-the-mill industrial brewing/tasting space.Beer selection was a little more creative than you'd find at some breweries, but nothing impressive or too daring.Basically - not bad, not great.

Best brewery in Holly Springs. Beer is incredible, the aesthetic is great and the people are awesome. Must stop for beer enthusiasts.
