I have been waiting for a refund of $30 for two weeks now for missing items in my order. I have called three times and the first time they told me they would refund the money back to my account right then. We used to order from this location all the time because they still employed an actual driver instead of using door dash .. and staying consistent , the dasher had half my order ..and the dasher couldn’t care less to check or to ask or help with a solution .. just drop and go .. and to make things worse .. I called back immediately .. and they said they are gonna send someone back out . How? You have no drivers .. this is the last time at Marcos .
They changed points systems and wiped out all points -of which I had enough for 6 free pizzas- understandable, as these things happen. However, when I called to address it they go non responsive. I called four separate times and was told I'd get a call back each time- never happened.
