This is the 2nd time this has happened. First time, I put in my order for delivery and an hour goes by and I have no update. I called the location and they said their driver just isn’t there yet but it would be there soon. Long story short they never initiated the door dash order so I had to go pick up the pizza myself and I lost my tip to a door dasher for nothing and received 2 hour old food that was cold. I complained then and the manager said he gave me a credit, but never actually applied anything to my account. After contacting him 2 more times he still never gave me a credit so I left it alone. Then last night I order delivery again, sure enough door dash doesn’t even start heading to the store till 45 minutes after the pizza is already done. I get my food super late, and it’s cold and my order is wrong. Got these nasty burnt bbq wings when I ordered the sweet Thai chili. For whatever reason, my wife and I have had a bad stomach ache since we ate this pizza also. I thought it had to be something else but as soon as it went away and I ate some for leftovers today, I got sick again.

I have been waiting for a refund of $30 for two weeks now for missing items in my order. I have called three times and the first time they told me they would refund the money back to my account right then. After 5 days of not seeing the refund, I called again and the same person said he didn’t know how to refund the money back to my card and the manager would call me the next day. 3 more days went by and still no call from the manager. I called again to talk to the manager and the guy said she (Nicki, I think he said) wasn’t there and he would make sure she would call me that afternoon. I asked him for her number and he wouldn’t give it to me. I still haven’t received a phone call from her. It’s now been two weeks!! I just want my money back! Poor management. I’m sorry, but you can’t be that busy not to return a phone call for two weeks!l

Marco’s Pizza forgot three salads and extra dressings that we ordered for takeout. My husband got all the way home when we realized everything was missing except the pizza. I called the restaurant and they said they would refund the money back to our credit card. It’s still not been refunded. I called the restaurant and they promised a manager would contact me because they didn’t know how to refund the money. I still haven’t heard and it’s been eight days! $30 may not be a big deal to them, but it is to us. I just want my money back!

The pizza was really good, but we chose contactless delivery and the delivery driver stood outside our door waiting until we came out, and kept saying that it was a really long drive to get to us and seemed really frustrated by that. He stood there saying how long of a drive it was until we went back inside, and continued talking to himself about it as he walked down the stairs. I would assume that if the drive was truly too far, Marcos would not offer delivery to our area. Marcos is 4 miles from our apartment. The food was good but this delivery driver interaction was strange.

There pizza was delicious and the cheesy bread what's perfect and the lady that took our order her name was Jojo and she was great what a bubbly and wonderful personality she was kind I will definitely be coming back here again and I'm from out of town thanks y'all for delivering a great pizza

This review is for the Marcos Holly Springs, North Carolina.
My wife had ordered a pizza and after an hour she called to see where it was as this was scheduled for delivery. Somebody dropped the ball and the delivery was never made and when she asked about it, they said you’d have to come pick it up so needless to say she was pretty burnt out of shape.
She went and picked up the pizza and we called later because the manager wasn’t there when she picked up and asked him to refund her tip and delivery fee Which he did after looking up the order. So that was good. He then said let me put a $20 coupon on this phone number, hers.
Today we ordered a pizza for delivery and used her phone number as one of the identifiers. Needless to say the $20 wasn’t taken off and I don’t have it in me to call them again we’re done. The pizzas are usually pretty good. The deliveries fairly quick because they’re not far from us, but this kind of customer service is not tenable. The fact that it cost 20 extra dollars put me off my food and I’m just pissed off and I’m not ordering from Marcos ever again. $20 is a lot in today’s economy since the current administration is Tanking the stock market, which affects my life investments raising the cost of living and we will enter a recession soon if not a depression which the Wall Street Journal predicts so I’m really pissed off $20 is a lot right now so I’m pretty damn pissed off.

How do you call yourself a pizza chain, have your primary product as a pizza, and then serve this? The pizza was almost raw, cheese and toppings are only in the middle, everything on the side is just bread, not even sauce.
