On a Sunday afternoon, stood in the 2nd drive thru line for 5 minutes and no one took my order. I kept saying hello hello… Meanwhile, the 1st drive thru line was getting service. I had no choice but to drive all the way around and go to 1st lane. On top of that the people who were behind me were getting instant service in the 2nd lane. AND once I got my order, I got charged double for 2 meals when I only ordered one meal and 2 snack wraps. Can’t expect less from McDonald’s..

We did the order on app and bring to table option and everything was absolutely perfect. Kids had a great time playing. Team members were lovely and brought all the things I could need, even salt, straws, etc. very happy with experience

Waited in line for 25 minutes to order my food, and then after I ordered it, they took another 15 minutes for me to receive it. The food was just thrown together, the fries were had, and old. What happened to fast service and good food. For what they charge for food, it should at least be good.

I was very disappointed with this location. The lobby was closed @9:00pm even the the door clearly displayed a close time at 10:00pm. I had two small children that I had to get out of car seats only to find we could not enter. A few moments later I saw an employee parked in the handicap space get out smelling of marijuana ( we all that smell by now) unlock the door then lock it when she entered. This location may need a closer look at the staff. So the rating should reflect ZERO stars!

We haven't had McDonald's in a long time and decided to go for a quick meal. I got my nuggets and fries, McDonald's just has it's distinct taste that you can't forget.

I have asked for a McFlurry twice in the last couple of weeks and this McDonald's location says their ice cream machine is always out of order. Very hard to believe as McDonald's in Apex never has any issues with their machine. I will skip this location in the future and go straight to Apex instead.
