I have asked for a McFlurry twice in the last couple of weeks and this McDonald's location says their ice cream machine is always out of order. Very hard to believe as McDonald's in Apex never has any issues with their machine. I will skip this location in the future and go straight to Apex instead.

Simple Alps

Staff yelled at Me And my milkshake was 30 minutes late!!! The food was pretty good and the bathroom was clean. We have tried drive-through many times and it is really bad. Don’t go to this McDonald’s go to a different one.

Awful. The menu doesn't work in the drive thru. And instead of helping us they ignored us and helped the other drive thru. 2 people came over the loud speaker and said uhhhhhhhh. Yeah probably never returning to that location. 1030pm Wed April 2nd for the manager in case you need to know which staff you to re train on customer service. Needless to say didn't get food ended going home hungry thanks.

A lady is very bad at the service and I asked for a large glass of soda and she gave me a small one and I told her and she got angry and she pulled the glass really hard and made a gesture at me that I'm not even paying for my food and I don't understand why they bother if she doesn't like her job, she should quit.

Slow food, deceptive practices and rude customer service. Drive through line jammed up, so gave up and went inside. Ordered at standing screen and no receipt printed. Order 946 flashed on the screen and I was able to see it “in process”. After several minutes a gentleman walks in, and order was placed on rack without comment, and the gentleman took it. I noticed my order number disappear from the screen and it wasn’t in “now serving”. I went to the counter and after another few minutes a lady asked how she could help. I said I was worried about my order disappearing from in process and no one ever announced it. She informed me it was being worked on. I asked why it disappeared. NO response. A minute later she puts in on the counter in front of me. I asked why again why is disappeared and ago no answer. She just turned around and walked away. I shouted out: are you going to answer me? No response. I would bet they removed it as complete so they could have it logged as being completed on time which drives their bonus. So sad this type of behavior is becoming the standard

I left a 50$ order at window and canceled it , sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes . The guy at the window was short handed , said he had 3 people working , had plenty of time to run his mouth .. just not enough time to take peoples orders correctly . Never coming back ..

The short round guy in the safety vest needs fired. He walked away from a customer telling him that they didnt get what they paid for. Take your time and check every single order you get because no doubt they will have forgotten something. Then you have to go in just to be ignored as if you’re the problem. If you leave there is no chance you get your items. They dont answer the phone which the manager admitted to the last time i had a problem and they will fight to not give you what you ordered. The most pathetic staff ever.
