Held a support group lunchtime meeting there. It was nice that they seated us in a more private area.

Terrible experience. 08/02/2025. 9:30pm.
Waited almost an hour to get served. It was almost closing time. It was not overly busy yet they failed. To make it worse they forgot to serve the appetizer also but never mentioned. Frankly this is not an isolated case with us. I sincerely hope they improve before customers reconsider options.

Unfortunately I have to update my review. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but the last (at least) 3 times we've been, the food hasn't been right. The breadsticks have been really hard and cold. We even asked for fresh ones and the waiter kind of laughed and said if there are any... The restaurant wasn't packed. There was no wait. 3 staff members just chatting at the front. Anyway, our dishes came out and everyone's noodles were hard, cold and old. The kids were starving so they ate what they could, my oldest complained quietly, I sent mine back for a refund. My partner powered through his the best he could. We also overheard other tables close to us complaining about the same things as well.

I'm not sure if you all are having staffing issues or if it's a training issue but the cooks need some guidance.

My family and I ended up coming here for dinner after spending most of our afternoon in the hospital on Sunday. Our server Maud's cheerful energy despite working a 12 hour shift instantly brightened our moods after a stressful afternoon. Not only was she incredibly friendly, she was also incredibly helpful with food suggestions and alterations and she even gave me and my wife some amazing advice as we expect our first child.

This Olive Garden is a really nice establishment. All the servers and waiters are really nice and respectful. They always ask me if I want a refill on my drink. I love the atmosphere very much, and I like that they play Italian music. Their food is good overall. The only thing that I think that they need to improve on is their eggplant parmesan. The eggplant hardly has any cheese, and the texture is soggy. It also lacks the flavor that it used to have. Other than that I have no complaints.

We love Olive Garden; but this location sucks. Not friendly staff, too pushy on things; it’s not crowded but still not getting any attention. Seriously, they get annoyed for small kids noise; looks like they don’t need families to go this restaurant.

2nd of two awful experiences. The first my husband got food poisoning from a to-go order. The second, tonight, granted it was a weekend so it was a bit busier than usual. We waited about 30 min for our table, which wasn't bad, but then it took probably 5-10 min for our server to show up and another 5-10 min for her to bring drinks after asking what we wanted twice. When my soup and salad finally came out it looked like half the soup had sloshed all over and out of the bowl. The salad seemed decent and the bread sticks were warm at least. My husband never ended up getting his soup and I was basically done eating by the time he finally got his food. Needless to say we will not be going back, which is a shame as it's one of the few big restaurants around.

We just came there tonight and the food was brought out cold and my server refused to heat it up. A simple requests were forgotten and while it could be understandable that they were busy but every single table around us had gotten our food except us after they came AFTER us?? For me and friends having to wait that long and the food being cold is completely unacceptable.

Horrible Service today at the bar, waited 20-25 mins… no one took the order not even for drinks…

So we have been here numerous times with never a problem. This time entrees were just not good. Ordered manicotti and it was dried up and tasteless. If it will be served this way, don't keep it on the menu!

Not enough staff for the restaurant. Food came out in drastically different times and some dishes were not up to par. Had the chicken gnocchi soup and had no chicken one gnocchi and too much and way too much greens.
