We stopped in for lunch today and unfortunately had a bad experience. When my husband sat down, his chair gave out because it was missing a screw—he fell to the floor. Another customer had to go get the manager, who did apologize, but that was the extent of the response. We even pointed out several other chairs that were missing screws, but the manager didn’t seem concerned. No offer to cover our meal or make things right in any way. Please be careful where you sit—safety clearly isn’t a priority here.
My husband ordered a turkey BLT no onions.. his sandwich didn't have any turkey on it.
They regularly forget whole components of your order. Check your bag... they almost certainly didn't.

This location could use better organization. Order was delayed, had some mistakes. For the price they charge I would expect them to do better. Orders from other people were ready before mine (as per their own monitor). Why?

None of this is really specific to this particular Panera as regardless of location the food has always been kind of a let down to me.
We put in an order online to pick up at the drive through, no real issues, we told them about our order at the box and by the time we got to the window it was ready. I got a loaded potato soup, which was decently good same with the bread they give with it, though I honestly could have done with the smaller bowl of soup cause after a bit it was too much. The coffee and croissant, however, were very disappointing; I even tried to warm up my croissant, but it didn't help. I think I took one bite before giving it to my husband.

Everything is great here the broccoli and cheddar soup awesome
Overall a very poor experience. The coffee and chai tea were just terrible. Very watery and had no flavor. The pastry and avocado toast were just fine. A number of the booths were broken and uncomfortable to sit in. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I frequent this location and out of all the experiences I’ve had majority of the time it has been good. I’ve done a mix of drive through, dine in, and pick up.
I’ve had an experience where the salad was not as fresh as I would have preferred one time and depending on the amount of people sitting inside it can get a little hectic but overall it has been decent. On one occasion in the drive through it took awhile and the staff was apologetic and my food was worth the wait. So not perfect but one of my reliable choices.

Food is fast and fresh; atmosphere is clean; manager Brittany is combative with multiple guests during my visit.. just honor the requests and move on… feels like she needs to over-explain to guests about the cost of tomatoes and how many come on a sandwich.. nobody cares as much as you Brittany 🤷🏾♀️.

Maeve (she pronounces it "May") is amazing! She always remembers my order by heart and is so kind and welcoming every time I visit. Her service is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you for having such a sweet and well-trained employee!
