Our Medical office ordered multiple lunch items for our office staff and had a missing meal for one of our employees. When I called and spoke to the manager about maybe dropping off the missing meal he said that was not possible with a half assed apology. Offered a refund but nothing else, like a coupon for next time. This is the second time this has happened and it’s becoming a problem. Staff needs to be more attentive when packing big orders to go.

We stopped in for lunch today and unfortunately had a bad experience. When my husband sat down, his chair gave out because it was missing a screw—he fell to the floor. Another customer had to go get the manager, who did apologize, but that was the extent of the response. We even pointed out several other chairs that were missing screws, but the manager didn’t seem concerned. No offer to cover our meal or make things right in any way. Please be careful where you sit—safety clearly isn’t a priority here.

I love this location, but I just have a question.. why are the sandwiches shrinking? This is not half a frontega, this is a quarter sandwich. I took the picture too close , but it is way smaller than it looks.. there is barely enough space to put the chicken
Everyone in the restaurant was very nice and hard working except for this lady crystal… I asked her a question she shot me a side eye and walked away, very rude wont be coming back to this location.

My wife and I went to Holly Springs for a little shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. There were a number of restaurants to choose from but when we saw Panera Bread, we both said let's eat there. Our favorite is the pick two selections because of the variety of choices. And because of that, Panera is almost always our first choice for a good mid-day meal.

Good to go Panera Bread. Place was clean, food is fresh with some new menu items. Bakery was in full swing. Enjoyed eating inside although this one has a drive thru that was busy. Great location, easy to get too. Enjoy I say.
