Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken - Holly Springs

As I'm driving home eating my rise chicken biscuit, my biggest regret is not having gone to mcdonalds.

This crap was $15 and tastes like garbage. I don't know what kind of seasoning this is supposed to be, but it aint southern and it aint good. Oreida tater tots almost had a sugar taste? The sandwhich squirted sauce everywhere, like yall, if it is gonna taste like a modly pickle fried in old oil... at least assemble it right??

Tablet asks you for a tip when they don't even take your order. Bro you handed me that bag with great speed and care!

Place just capital S Sucks.

Ordering at rise is always a breeze using the app or in store. The only challenge is timing. On Saturday and Sunday mornings when they're busy you need to assume 15 - 20 minutes to get your food. During the week is touch and go. I can say that I don't recall then ever getting my order wrong. The only thing I think they could improve is an option to customize the amount of righteous sauce they add to their chicken biscuit.

My wife and I went to Rise yesterday only to be ignored by the two employees working in the kitchen! We stood at the ordering station for ten minutes before leaving! There was only one other customer!

I took my wife there yesterday but our first visit will BE OUR LAST VISIT! We were totally ignored by the two employees who were working there while standing at the ordering station! There was only one other customer sitting in the restaurant at the time! Both employees saw us standing there and one even walked away going towards the back of the kitchen! THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

Very great chicken, biscuits, and several delicious sides. Easy ordering kiosk with a to go warmer that's self-explanatory getting your pre-order fast and efficiently. Expensive but tasty!

Okay usually I would give this place 5 stars. Whenever people come to visit I bring them here. That being said today my food was cold and now they only serve bottles no fountain drinks. Get it together this one of the best places to have a quick delicious breakfast in Holly Springs.

Great veggie options. Website kept kicking me out and DoorDash didn’t have pick up option but in store pickup was quick n easy. The up charge for build your own biscuit ridiculous. Would love to see them expand menu for vegan options.

Food is always. Always check you to go order because it is incorrect 99% of the time. When you call the manager literally could care less. If they are out of something they substitute meats without even telling you or just leave it off completely. Customer service is non existent.

I ordered a fried green tomato sandwich and my tomato was the size of a little pickle chip you get on a hamburger- for almost $8!!!!

I went into Rise on 11/7 to get my grandmother lunch. Walked in and no one greeted me or asked to help. The employee that I assume would be working behind the counter was sitting at a table eating with her back turned. I asked if someone could help me at the kiosk with the order. She came over, hardly spoke and burped in my face. Yes, unbelievable! She tried to get someone from the back and they wouldn’t respond. Needless to say, I left. Hope someone sees this and takes action to correct the employees! I won’t be back.

We ordered boxes online. Protein boxes were delicious and ready for pickup quickly. Order ahead is the way to go. Ready in 15 min today
