Starbucks In Harris Teeter

I have been coming to this Starbucks a couple times now and every time I see this wonderful employee called Hannah. She’s always so nice and like a ray of sunshine, automatically makes my day better. Best costumer service employee I have ever met. Wish more employees were like her! Amazing 5 stars recommend!!

I don’t leave negative reviews until today. This is the Worst service I have ever experienced. It took 3 tries to get my drink and still wasn’t right. They were to worried about talking to their friends. Made the friends drinks before any other customers even though they were there after me. Forgot my food so had to go ask for it l, again after they made the friends and then lied to my face about the steamer being broke as an excuse for having to remake my drink. There was nothing wrong with the steamer if you poor cold milk on top to fill the cup because you didn’t steam enough it will make the drink cold.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been too! The drive thru is always slow, they are always out of their refreshers. I was there one time and because I wasn’t handed my drink and I asked “my drink?” The manager came out and chewed me out saying that I cussed out the person at the drive thru window!!!

My son's birthday was on Wednesday, so I walked into Harris Teeter to get a birthday cake for my son's 5th birthday, and I had to stop at Starbucks of course. I was greeted by Ms. I Catherine and she offered the best customer service I've had in a very long time. She went above and beyond and she even gave my kids stickers for the Birthday celebrations! Her manager, Miss violet even took it to the next level and grabbed more spinach feta egg wraps from their inventory in the back , so I could eat my favorite breakfast wrap. And on top of everything else the ladies were so friendly and offering my kids birthday cake pops and made the morning amazing more than I could have hoped for! My 5-year-old was at school, so they must have trusted me enough to make sure I was Not going to eat the cake pop myself :=)

Natasha was a joy this afternoon.
The vanilla cold foam cold brew was amazing too but her thoughtfulness is what made my day!
