Waited 20 mins after being asked to pull up...order was wrong. Employee was supposed to bring food out that they left out. Waited another 10mins. Finally had to go in to get it. All food was skimpy on fillings and cold. Taco shell had not even been cooked. Poor service unfortunately!

We arrived to the drive thru to pickup 3 online orders, I confirmed the names at the window. We were pulled up (no problem) and waited about 30 minutes for our meals. When we received the last one, we realized it was a duplicate of one of our other orders and we were missing our actual last order. We went in to get this corrected and Anthony admitted his mistake (again, no problem, it happens!) but instead of commending the young man for his willingness to help us and admit when he was wrong, his manager (middle aged gentleman) publicly chastised him and called out to the restaurant that he “messed up the order and it had to be remade”. Then, the same manager announced loudly that they would no longer be checking in 3 mobile orders in the drive-thru and the customer would have to come inside. 1. Anthony, you deserve better! I’m sorry I was not a better customer, mistakes happen, thank you for your excellent customer service! 2. Embarrassing your employees for a small mistake is unacceptable and you should not be allowed to continue in your position! 3. Punishing your customers for an easily rectifiable mistake is poor management. Please step down and allow someone more able to accept and rectify mistakes with grace take over. Your staff deserves so much more!

This is hands down the WORST Tacobell I have ever had the misfortune of visiting, I have been here 3 seperate times and every visit has been just as unpleasant as the last.
One time they entirely forgot to make my order, The most recent time the drive thru order taker was rude, Unhelpful, And did not even ring me out for the correct items.
The food was poorly made, Falling apart and not worth the price or nasty attitude.

This is going to sound hella crazy but I have to give Taco Bell in Holly Springs a huge shout out! On July 30th, I picked up 4 hungry teens from practice at 930pm & they were craving Taco Bell. The FV location was completely closed so we drove to the HS location. The kids thought it would be easier for each of them to hang out of the window to order, which I'm sure was annoying & loud. I was expecting an eye roll when we pulled around to pay but the lady was super nice & friendly. They brought the $75 worth of food out to us in less than 3 min & don't you know everything we ordered was in that bag - nothing was missing! That's pretty damn impressive these days so I thought I'd share our experience :)

Horrible customer service, the older Hispanic lady does not understand hospitality. Constantly rolled her eyes at me. Once I got my food it’s like they made it in the bag. Ground beef all over my napkins and the inside of my bag. I went inside and showed her that I’d like my food remade and less messy. She ripped my soft taco out of my hand. No apology or even I’m so sorry that happened, let me correct this for you. Really makes sense why a woman her age can only seem to get a job at Taco Bell. I have really lost all hope for customer service. Bless her heart.

LAZY, the people there don't want to work, example: wait 5 min to acknowledge you at the drive thru. (No customers were there it was after 8pm on a Tues) I have NO idea how this place is still open. Hope you have an hour to wait for mediocre food in the drive thru.

I've been here multiple times and it is painfully slow; I won't be returning. I placed a mobile order today at 8:09 pm and didn't receive it until 8:45 pm, completely unacceptable and beyond ridiculous.

Jakora and Alyssa are the two managers I dealt with I placed an order I came and I picked my order up I took my order to my home to my children for lunch I got a call from my children that several of the items and the order were wrong there was no way that I could go back up there at that point to get the order corrected so I called the store I spoke with a person who identified themselves as a manager I told them that I would be more than happy to bring the incorrectly made items back up there for them to be replaced but I would not be able to do it until after I got off work which would be after 7:00 p.m. Eastern standard Time I brought the food back up there Alyssa was the manager at this time these were blatantly made wrong items and I was told that there was nothing that they could do not given an apology not offered a refund not offered to make the remake the food and I will take pictures of the items and post them on here as well so you can see they were not only made wrong they were made poorly even if they had been made correctly and the attitude that I got from chicora was horrible and Alyssa apparently has no idea what she's doing so I give them a giant thumbs down all the way around I accidentally ordered from this location start with it's not one that I normally order from I find the combo locations to be disgusting and their food nasty and I will not make the mistake of ever ordering from there again so I would follow a suit and steer clear of this location
