Placed a mobile order today, and two cheesy roll-ups were missing from my order. Not a big deal, I went inside and let them know. Then the manager told us to sit down and they would get to it. Waited 20 minutes, asked again, and was told there were multiple orders in front of mine, and it would be another 30 minutes. Cheesy roll-ups take 15 seconds to make. I should not have to wait 50 minutes for them to correct a mistake that takes 30 seconds to make. Asked for a refund and was told that if I wanted one, go get it from the app. Very poor service and management. Go somewhere else! If I could give it a zero, I would.....

If you are a DD driver, decline all orders from here. Indoor closed at 9:30pm and have been waiting in the drive thru for 25min.

Slowest fast food place ever! Not just a one time thing either. Order ahead, go in or drive thru, be prepared to wait like 20-30mins easy. My order is usually wrong or missing something too. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back thinking that they will magically get better. Currently been in the drive thru line waiting on my mobile order for 30 mins.

Update: completely gone downhill in all aspects quality speed service and customer interactions

Ordered for pickup tonight and we either got the wrong order or they just forgot half our order. Very disappointing when you find this out after you get home and can’t go back out because the kids have to go to bed. Tried calling 4 times to let them know about the error and see what they would do to fix it but no one answered. So now I go to bed with no dinner.
Reluctantly spent 2 HOURS at this "fast" food restaurant. This was the longest we've ever had to wait for a meal, even at a regular restaurant! We would've left sooner and tried to get our money back, but we were assured that ours was almost ready, so we waited, but then they apologized, saying that they are just about to START MAKING our order, OVER an HOUR AFTER we ordered!! I work with the public, so I was giving them grace and understanding, but after they said they hadn't started ours until after an hour after waiting and expecting it, I really wanted to ask for a refund for our time, but after accepting another apology and noticing the sweat on the associate's face, I decided not to ask for a refund and just never come back. Then, as we were leaving, another employee, who had stepped in earlier to expedite our order, stopped to chat a bit with us, saying that it's unfortunate that workers just don't care, but he does care. He said that if we decide to come back, he would give us free food if he could. I'm not sure that's possible, but we appreciated the gesture. Our whole afternoon was wasted there, when we only wanted a real quick lunch on our way to the rest of our day.

Me and my family ( WAS) hungry so we decided to stop in at Taco Bell because it’s one of are go to places to eat but when we got down I needed to run to the restroom and noticed instead the restroom are very very nasty 🤢 I instantly thought to myself this is nasty if this is how the bathroom looks I wonder how the store looks like? As I was waiting for my food because Unfortunately, we had already did a mobile app and decided to dine in I definitely noticed how Nasty and on sanitary the entire store was, the floor was Sticky looking like it hasn’t been mopped in days the Coke area just looked ill as well as the floors and the kitchen area look just as disgusting smh I’m surprised I didn’t see roaches everywhere It just looked like they had no type of cleansing in days No sanitary when it came to the store, they were just there to make a paycheck… I am not a Karen nor do I normally write reviews at all, but this is definitely not OK especially to the customers that come here on a daily and choose to eat here this is A place to get food poisoning. I decided to cancel my online order and expressed my concerns and manager on duty said OK have a good day, unfortunately he can’t give me my money back I would have to figure it out on my own because we ordered it through the mobile app and I had an issue called corporate…. I did not get the mangers name, but the young white man working on February 16, 2025 at 1:05 PM. Hopefully Corporate of Taco Bell really does investigate and look into this because this is ill. I don’t even know how they pass the health department inspection 🧐 wow I should’ve looked at the reviews, cause the reviews matter.. I do not recommend eating ( caution ⚠️
The lobby was closed during normal hours and all 4-5 employees were outside smoking in their vehicles ignoring the customers waiting in drive thru. Smoking and looking very sketchy.

I keep getting the wrong order. Paid for 3 pieces of chicken and only got 2 for 2 different meals and the coleslaw was frozen.

I've been eating at Taco Bell for 25+ years and I used to be a former Taco Bell employee. I don't know what's going on with this restaurant, but the Mexican Pizzas here taste extremely bitter. I talked to the manager and they gave me a free Mexican pizza meal... but it has the exact same issue. Something is not right with the food. Also, the service can be very slow during dinner times. IMO avoid this Taco Bell and go to a different location.
Oh yeah, and make sure you get here at least 30 minutes before they close, otherwise the employees will pretend like they closed and not respond to you, while they party in the back. This happened to me the last time I was there. No one responded and I could hear music coming from inside.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Ordered on the app and the food was cold. I was missing my 2 caramel apple empanadas. They also forgot my jalapeño honey mustard that I paid extra for. I tried to call the number on my receipt but they did not answer the phone. I won’t go back to this location.
The staff are horrible. They overcharged me for a regular baja blast 3.99 I asked like 5 times was it correct because the drink was tiny and they kept saying it right even the managers. Called cooperate they told me a dollar. Then I called the manager and she told me she couldn't give me a refund only the drink. Years ago when I came here I threw up after eating food and haven't been here since 2 days ago. I wouldn't recommend anyone stop at this place. Spoke to a manager named Carla who told me I need to ask for it to be a dollar so they'll know.

Probably THE worst Taco Bell I’ve eaten from. My food tasted old and was dry like I was eating leftovers. My crunch wrap was covered in these black flecks like the press hadn’t been cleaned. Super disappointing. I just threw it away :(((
