So my stars are only a reflection of the total overall service that I received. I went to the drive-thru With coupons I told the person that I had coupons and what they were for. I initially had to go to the window to get the order correct. Where I thought I was going to be able to get a substitution for the mashed potatoes I was not able to get the large size and substitution and pay the difference, but I had to return because my fries were cold and hard so I did return to the...

I get a lot of modifications on my fast food orders because I’m very picky, most places will make a few mistakes. This is the only taco bell that has gotten my entire order right. The service was quick for 2 craving boxes, the worker was very nice.

The staff here is mostly great I have only had a few bad experiences with staff. The food is usually great too. But let me tell you the wait at this place is horrible, I have had to drive away from the drive thru line because I had been waiting in line for 32 min.
