The secret here is to call ahead. They have someone outside taking names at a window at the front of the building.
The server wasn’t great, but she was friendly. It was a Saturday night of course the place was loud because everybody had birthdays. The steak was cooked well.

So this review is actually ZERO stars. I was driving 40 minutes to come have a late dinner of steak and mash potato’s. It was a little after 9pm, and they close at 10pm, so I called the restaurant to pre order, so as not to hold anyone up from cleaning up and going home for the night. The younger sounding male told me he would send me to “to-go” dept. I explained I wanted to eat in the restaurant, as I was on a motorcycle, and I’d be arriving shortly before close, that often people lag for 30 minutes after restaurants “close” to finish their meals, and I’d like to get the order in to prevent what actually happened when I arrived. He said “oh don’t worry, as long as you walk in at 9:59 or earlier, you can order whatever you want, and that the kitchen doesn’t start cleaning up until 10pm. I asked if he was sure, and he affirmed. So I proceeded, and arrived about 10 min to 10. Door was locked, and the only way I was able to enter was by people leaving. I entered and saw the kitchen was in full motion breaking down and cleaning up. Grill was off, and staff was getting ready to walk out. I stood there a minute before a manager came to me and said “well, we’re closed but we’ll get you taken care of…as he offered me a seat at the bar next to another manager who was spread out with paperwork and a beer, running the daily take I imagine. I explained to the manager as I sat down that I called ahead and attempted to pre order but was told as long as I arrived before 10 that I could order whatever I want. He was obviously burdened by this, and passed me off to the bar tender, who reluctantly asked for a drink order. The manager quickly returned and said sorry, we can’t do sides. I explained again what their employee said on the phone, and what I offered to do 30 or so minutes prior. He said I’ll turn the grill back on and give you fries, and that’s it.
I explained I’m a regular customer to Texas Roadhouse, and frequent many across the country on a monthly basis. I said his employee guaranteed something, and the manager needed to make it so. I wasn’t asking anything extreme, as it wasn’t even closing time yet…instead the doors were locked, and the kitchen was virtually torn down and clean…so that process was initiated well before I called to begin with. Basically, if you’re going to have closing hours listed, honor them. When a realistic minded customer calls and spells out the situation and offers to “help out” the situation for both parties, don’t make it a lie when they show up. To boot, I’m an easy customer, medium rare steak, mashed potato’s and applesauce. I eat in 10 min, and I’m gone. I average roughly $1500 to $2000 a year at this chain restaurant, and I explained they would lose my business for good, not just because of mashed potatoes but simply the lack of integrity, poor reality of the situation, and negligence of basic customer service. The expression given showed “I really don’t care”. It’s appalling what restaurant’s priorities have become, and how self serving they are now. I’ll never go to this restaurant again, and I’m firmly not going to another Texas Roadhouse ever again. Any restaurant that cuts corners and diminishes the image of a franchise to serve their own interests (to go home early) should be shut down, and replaced with an establishment with the customer as their priority, not convenience of the employees getting paid by their would be customers. It’s sad and pathetic, and you and your staff oughta be ashamed of yourselves.

Texas Roadhouse is the place to be! Every time I go, the food is absolutely amazing, the service is top-notch, and yes—they dance! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and the irresistible smell of fresh-baked rolls with that sweet cinnamon butter. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the sides are packed with flavor, and the portions never disappoint. The lively atmosphere makes it feel like a celebration every time, and the line dancing from the staff adds such a fun, unique touch. Whether you’re out with family, on a date, or just craving a hearty meal, Texas Roadhouse delivers every single time.

Me & My brother came here yesterday after not coming to a Texas Roadhouse for a year simply because we didn't like the food. Tonight we wanted to give Texas Roadhouse a second chance and were very disappointed with how our experience went. If I could give the host and the server a 10/10 | most certainly would! I didn't catch the host name but my serves name was Isaiah (not sure if I spelt it correctly) was superr sweet! I love his customer service and wish the entire tip could go to him. He helped me pick something new off the menu because I didn't want to get what l always get. The food came out pretty fast but the bread was very dry, hard and cold. Our appetizer's were the potato skins, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. The cheese and bacon from the potato skins honestly just fell right off and the other 2 appetizers were ok but not worth it. Our main course was the fried chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes a baked potato with Mac and cheese. Let's just say 0/10 l honestly didn't think my chicken was that bad but definitely not something l'd try again I just pictured it being different. So l'd rate my entire meal a 3/10
As for my brothers food he didn't like it and barely touched any of it which made me recommend getting it sent back and potentially getting something else. After we told Isaiah this he said he'd get his manager. Now let me tell you when said manager came over her attitude was 0/10. The way she approached our table and started talking to my brother felt very hostile and passive aggressive. She asked him multiple times why he didn't like his food which he proceeded to tell her time after time he just didn't like it and it was that simple. I assume that was not a good enough answer for her so she asked the same question about 4 times and then asked what exactly it was he didn't like about it. This didn't seem like her being genuine it seemed like she wanted him to change his answer or she was trying to persuade him to change him into liking the food. Which he than became frustrated and also mention how the bread was not good what so ever and he wouldn't have even mentioned that if she took his answer of not liking what he order. His answer was just not good enough for her for some reason she than took the food and took it off of the bill I just didn't appreciate her attitude and her making the situation feel hostile or as if he HAD to like his food. I also work in customer service and have for about 5 years I understand some nights are hard and you don't just wanted to give away free food but he clearly didn't touch his food and just genuinely didn't like it. I feel as though this is something that need to be corrected with maybe some training as to how you should approach a customer when they are unsatisfied with their food. I've also worked at a Texas Roadhouse in 2021 -2022 and I've never seen this happen before. Overall I will not be coming back to any Texas Roadhouses as all of my experiences have not been great.
