I always get the ribs. They were delicious but this time they were not as warm. The staff were very busy so I didn't say anything. Go there often and always enjoy it!

Was quoted 30-40 minute wait on the online waitlest, text confirmation extended that to 40-50 minutes and it ended up being an hour before we were seated. As we were waiting for food the music was turned up over 100db for 2 songs which made it impossible to talk and was physically uncomfortable. When the food finally came my salad was small and warm and my fries were soggy from sitting in steak juice for too long. This location has been steadily declining and this was the worst experience yet.

Came here for a nice dinner with family, food was good and server was great! The reason this review is low is because the hosts were extremely rude. There was a wait and while waiting my dad asked for a menu , and the hosts were talking amongst themselves braiding eachothers hair. my dad asked for a menu the host audibly sighed and said “ I guess” and slapped a take out menu down to go right back to talking to the other hosts and braiding hair which was the priority over the guests needing help. Which wasn’t even the right menu and made him feel like an annoyance. It was really unprofessional and my dad is super kind and this interaction was really impactful on the night. Hopefully this can be seen by management and can be addressed !

This location was crowded. It took 30 minutes to bring 5 grilled shrimp to our table as the appetizer, and it ended up coming out with my main course. The food was not that great. The steak was tough. i ended up taking the steak home and didn't bother to try and eat it. I threw it in the trash $30 in the garbage. The waitress was n8ce but seemed rushed and forgetful.

Food was ok, not bad. Atmosphere was kind of loud if u r looking for a relaxed night out. Unlimited supply of buns with I think cinnamon butter. Our side dishes were forgotten until we mentioned due to hectic and over the board birthday songs performed by choir team sung by the waiter employees. Overall was ok.

We like the service and atmosphere here. My only complaint is that the staff can be too busy on Saturday nights, our food came out cold, probably because it was sat on a counter too long. We like the food here and will visit again, hoping for a better experience next time.

Since my wife and I haven't gone out to eat in a while, we decided to grab dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Because of the lengthy wait, we chose to sit at the bar. I ordered two cocktails, both of which arrived quickly and were excellent. Overall, our waitress was awful, and the rolls weren't served until about thirty minutes after we had sat down. We ordered our appetizer and main course simultaneously because we thought our bartender/waitress’s service would be subpar. Instead of serving clients, the waitress was too preoccupied in chatting with her friends who came in. It took us almost twenty minutes to obtain our waitress' attention and let her know that the additional drink we had ordered had a bug in it. As soon as the meal arrived, we made the decision to depart and receive our food to go. Was generous enough to leave at $12 dollar tip on a $100 dollar bill

I really hate to leave a bad review but I have no choice. First of all the website to order food is horrible and kept resetting so I had to go in with my puppy in my jacket to place the order. None of the hostesses welcomed me, rather just stared at me until I talked first. Certainly not a welcoming experience, I was within seconds told to leave because of the dog only to explain to them I’m trying to place a to go order. They told me to go outside and around the corner to place my order. The food came out relatively quickly but everything was wrong with it. The rolls were basically raw and tasted like dough. I asked for no blue cheese or blue cheese dressing, asked them to replace it with ranch and give me shredded cheddar instead. Was given no cheddar on the salad and was given blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing. The chili meat was mostly fat and my husband bit into a bone that was in the chili. The teenagers who took my order at the window I made sure to tell them specifically what I needed and asked for silverware and napkins, which i didn’t receive. Also had to go back for my drinks because they were not provided when they gave me my order. Unfortunately I was already at the house by time I realized how wrong and bad everything was. I will not be returning to this Texas Roadhouse.

Don’t come here if you’re hungry; eat before you come or make sure it’s Ramadan because you’ll be waiting 3.5 hours before you see a plate. My ribs were charred, server was good, and steak was okay.

We patronize this location often as it's close by and prices are so reasonable. Sometimes it's excellent but unfortunately lacks consistency. Today's Valentine's dinner was beyond disappointing. Got in after a 3-hour wait hungry and excited. By the time we were seated the crowds had thinned so there was no reason we got our entrees more than 45 minutes after ordering - we saw multiple groups that came after us get their food before us. My poor toddler was beside herself with hunger. All the entrees came room temperature (10 mins before closing so we rushed through it anyway and couldn't have it redone) - my chicken was bone dry since it wasn't even warm. Seemed the server went off somewhere and he left our food sitting there for ages until we asked someone else to figure out the hold up and then it was brought within a minute. Still recommend (on a good day) the ribeye, smothered chicken, rattlesnake bites and tater skins. Have also heard the salmon is excellent.

Overall it was a very good experience. We went for lunch so there were no crazy wait times like I've been hearing about. Service was excellent. Rolls with butter were absolutely fabulous. Onion blossom was great chili was spicy and tasty, shrimp was flavorful but the steak was kind of "meh". This wasn't some cheap strip sirloin, this was a six ounce Filet for myself and filet medallions for my wife. It wasn't bad it just wasn't as good as expected for a filet nor was it as good as their other food items we tasted. We enjoyed the overall experience and probably will return to try it again.

Came checked in at the window, 10 mins later we get a notification that we have been removed off list. We go back to the window and the guy said oh that happens sometimes and we waited for him to fix it but he ask us to sit and he will fix it… people kept coming in and being sitter before us that had just checked it so we go to the counter just to find out we still were not on the list… 40 mins later!! We were not happy with this, will not be coming back any time soon!

First time ever at Texas Roadhouse and sorry to say also my very last. The food was very disappointing. I had came to eat here because I was told the food is really good and tasty. But to me the food was very bland and just sad. The only good thing I had that was good was the bread with butter. I went with my husband. I ordered the chicken tenders with corn and mashed potatoes. And my husband got the steak and shrimp meal with baked potato and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was so watery and just bland and tasted gross. Kraft Mac and cheese tastes better. So overall Texas Roadhouse is 2 stars only in my opinion! ⭐️⭐️
