3 people in our office ordered taco salads and noticed that all of the “lettuce” that was in the salad was nothing but ribs. I guess if we order in the future, we should request no ribs.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and really enjoyed ourselves. My grand daughter ended up getting the chicken burrito. She took one bite, and did not like it. The nice gentleman behind the counter saw that, and came out and offered to get her something else for no charge. This act of kindness made my week. Customer service does not exist like this anymore!!! The margarita I had was SO GOOD and the shrimp bowl was fantastic. We also loved the hot sauce bar. We ended up purchasing a few bottles to take home with us. What a great experience!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I love this place for a good quick burrito or chimichanga! My wife also loves the shrimp tacos and I love to pick up because it means I get to visit the massive hot sauce bar (I love to sample and have the option to buy whole bottles of sauces that I like)! Consistently good and the staff is always nice!

I have no doubt that the food is good. I was unable to try it only because when I asked if they had a create your own burrito they said no. How in the world are you burrito place but don’t have the option to customize your own burrito ?? I walked out and went somewhere else where I can have the burrito I want. Sales might go up if you allow more customizations to target more to the people’s needs instead of your made up burrito options.The staff that helped me was so very nice and I have no complaints on the staff!!!

My fiancée and I ordered burritos. Hers was half as filled as mine. Food was very, very, very bland. No wonder they have a table with 10 different hot sauces, nobody wants to eat the food without seasoning. Rice also felt like it was microwaved, barely cooked.Overall the biggest disappointment by far was that the tortillas used for the burritos were cold. Like, these tortillas were pulled straight out of the fridge. Who wants a cold tortilla? I certainly don’t.

shrinkflation and inflated prices. tired of being hungry when I go here. literally the quesadilla was kid sized. and I dont eat a ton. sadly, I now go to moes. not as fun, but I just cant keep throwing money away like this. corporate greed strikes again. definitely a jump the shark situation.
