I wish I would have taken a photo of my Dave's double with cheese because it was made FRESH!! I'm not exaggerating, neither am I receiving ANYTHING for this review. It's just been YEARS since I've received a hot, fresh sandwich from any Wendy's!!
This was a last minute visit and they weren't busy. There wasn't anyone in front of me within Drive-thru so there was no wait time. And I visited around 9:15pm. The sandwich was beautiful, and every bit FRESH and hot. It was picture perfect (minus the lettuce shortage they're experiencing) and tasted delicious!!

In the 25 minutes we were I witnessed Jade talk to customers, take orders, make ice creams, fill orders, wipe tables, clean the soda machine, serve customers, etc! She was moving with urgency and efficiency the whole time! She was putting her coworkers to shame! I was impressed, if I was still a manager I would have stole her to come work for me lol! She was kind, gracious, and pleasant to every person in the long line (which went impressively fast)! I’m glad there are still young people who have integrity and take pride in their work! Thanks Jade! You were killin it!!

Leaving a 3 star because I heard the employee tell a guest that they are out of lettuce; how can a place that sells burgers run out of one of their key ingredients? Also there were no sauce cups stocked for ketchup. Wendy's fries are not that good and require something to dip in, plus it's a Sunday and they are not that busy

This Wendy's is by far better than the fuquay one. They're quick, polite, and get your order right unlike fuquay where they leave you waiting until you are fed up and leave.

I had the Chicken Ceasar salad. It tasted ok going. The rest of my night consisted of painful stomach cramps and sprints to the bathroom which I gave up on and just camped out there for the rest of the night.

I been there yesterday around 10 30 pm The manager was very professional and kind. And she let me leave my car overnight in the parking lot because I had an issue..thank you again
Never been to a fast food place where they just ignore the people at the counter. It's ridiculous how slow the service is. I won't ever spend part of my lunch break here waiting to just order. It's time to clean house.

They didn't have one of the items for the 2 for 3. The soda fountain had flat soda. The new girl didn't know how to work the register. But they were all very nice and helped the best they could.
This was a management problem.

So I used Uber eats for Wendy’s don’t even bother going to this place. Food was cold. Chicken sandwich was super small and not tasty at all. French fries were cold and not like they used to have not sure if they changed the recipe or it was just the person cooking my advice. Do not go to this location.
