Went and ordered a meal and a milkshake with a diet coke and they gage us the milkshake, no diet coke or meal and charged us for the drink. went to ask about it and the staff was extremely ride about it and entitled. if you actually want your food, dont go here. So I went to the drive thru tonight and tried to order the 99 cent chicken sandwhich that’s on their menu. The lady told me that they don’t have a sandwich for that cheap and I thought that was funny because I had one the other day from the same location. I questioned it she still said no. So I was charged $2.50 for the exact same 99 cent sandwich I got the other day. I don’t care about the money but it’s the principle that I got ripped off! I don’t want it happening to others.

The food was good. Tasted like any other Wendy's. The girl who waited on us at the register was very welcoming and respectful. I wish I remebered her name I would've wrote it. But one employee was laying across two chairs with her feet on the wall. She was sitting in the front lobby where people were eating. She was looking at her phone and after a couple of minutes got up and threw up, or at least was acting like she was throwing up, in the trash can beside the drink machines. She then walked over to the chairs and laid back down. when it was time for her shift she got up and groaned. then walked back over to the same trash can and spit in it. then walked behind the counter and started her shift.

Have eaten here for several years but today is the last time. Burgers lukewarm and fries so cold I returned them only to be given a dry, tasteless replacement. Should have left when we saw person in front of us in line returning her food.

Friday night....7:30, 2 customers in restaurant...takes 15 mins +++ to get the most basic of basic orders. 1 #1, 1 #2. Self service drinks and we still can't get food in any reasonable amount of time. Could have went to a normal restaurant and got it better, faster, cheaper had i known. ...finally got the food and bun was stale, meet was obviously not just made - very dry...but at least they compensated with a sloppy amount of sauces.

The food was good but it took almost 20 minutes to get a 4 for 4! Floors on the inside were sticky and the bathroom was questionable.
Not sure what’s going on with Wendy’s lately. It says they are serving breakfast … Pictures of breakfast food and ads are up everywhere but you pull up and nobody’s there. If they’re not serving breakfast, take the damn sign down

This was a last minute visit and they weren't busy. There wasn't anyone in front of me within Drive-thru so there was no wait time. And I visited around 9:15pm. The sandwich was beautiful, and every bit FRESH and hot. It was picture perfect (minus the lettuce shortage they're experiencing) and tasted delicious!!

In the 25 minutes we were I witnessed Jade talk to customers, take orders, make ice creams, fill orders, wipe tables, clean the soda machine, serve customers, etc! She was moving with urgency and efficiency the whole time! She was putting her coworkers to shame! I was impressed, if I was still a manager I would have stole her to come work for me lol! She was kind, gracious, and pleasant to every person in the long line (which went impressively fast)! I’m glad there are still young people who have integrity and take pride in their work! Thanks Jade! You were killin it!!
