Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I used to be a very frequent customer at Zaxby’s, but over time I had several disappointing experiences at the Holly Springs location that ultimately made me stop going altogether. The issues added up enough that I decided to take my business elsewhere for a while.....
Recently though, I stopped by on a craving, and I was genuinely surprised.... in the best way.
From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable shift in energy. The atmosphere felt more welcoming, the staff was upbeat and attentive, and the entire experience felt different from what I had dealt with in the past. The team handled my order smoothly and professionally, and the service was excellent.
Most importantly, the food was fantastic fresh, hot, and exactly how Zaxby’s should be. 10 out of 10.
Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific location. Feeling welcomed and valued as a customer makes a huge difference, and this visit restored my confidence in this franchise. Huge credit to the team and management for turning things around.

If I could give this abomination of a restaurant no stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE EVER. VERY rude and unfriendly staff, gave me the incorrect food and was rude to ME about it. Here’s how it all happened… first off, they overcharged us with no refund, told us to pull up and wait for an unreasonable amount for the two orders of fried pickles we had. After we sat for a LONG while, they brought us the incorrect drinks, and the wrong food which was nasty. Then, we had to go back inside and switch the food. When I gave the food to the woman at the counter she SNATCHED it from me and as I began to tell her the issue, she cut me off and very rudely said “YEAH. I KNOW” then I proceeded to wait for ANOTHER ungodly amount of time for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. As well as this, they also made rude comments in ear range of me. Never again will I come to this Zaxbys EVER AGAIN.

Blonde girl that handed me my food was too busy flirting with the guy at the register, she forgot to put the chicken tenders in my son’s kids meal. It’s 2 chicken tenders how the hell do you work at a fried chicken place and forget the fried chicken? “Here you go son, got you some fries” give me a break.

Online order took 25 mins to fill - multiple people coming in having had problems with their order. Team obviously stretched thin - but still touch consumer experience.
