Honestly, it didn't take long in the drive-thru and window employee was polite. The only things I was disappointed in was the amount of fries in one fry box compared to the other as both are large and my smokehouse brisket. A good chunk of the brisket was hanging out of the buns, the sauce was only on one side of the burger, and just a pinch of like two or three fingers of crispy onion sprinkled on top. The food was still delicious otherwise.

Just went through the drive thru and got the steak nuggets. They were burnt black and nasty. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Young lady took my debit card at the drive through and disappears for a few minutes. I see multiple people working in the back so I politely and firmly ask for my card back as it's been out of my possession for several minutes. In my experience, one generally receives their card back immediately upon payment, so I became uncomfortable. My issue is that when I asked for my card back the worker gave me an extremely dirty look as if I had somehow done something wrong for wanting my card back.
The entire visit was unpleasant and the icing on the cake was the lukewarm and poorly prepared food.
It's beginning to make sense why you almost never see anyone at this location.

The fries were hard, as if they were at the bottom of the pan, and the service wasn't that welcoming either! Disappointing, because Arby's on Skibo; is out to please!!
