Second time coming here and I was thinking “There’s no way this coffee could be as amazing as the first time we were here.” And I was proven wrong. I got the same drink, a hot White Chocolate raspberry latte, and my husband got a hazelnut cold brew. They were both perfect. So perfect. My favorite coffee shop as of late! I’ve been traveling and nothing quite takes the cake like here. The coffees are my absolute favorite. Their pastries are up there, and my roommate is still obsessed with them since she moved here. There’s chocolate covered coffee beans and some of the best homemade honey. It was the first date for my now fiancé and I and I think this helped make a good impression with him. So excited to have such a good coffee shop!

This morning we visited Cumberland Roasters. We were greeted by Liz, our barista. Her helpful descriptions and knowledge aided us in making our selections. In addition, she pleasantly obliged us in our somewhat needy requests of grinding one lb of espresso two different ways. She even added a sample to tempt us for the next time we visit. And there definitely will be a next time! Thanks Liz.
