“I LOVE the pretzels, but the person who waited on me was not very friendly. She was doing something at the counter behind the cash register, she then turned around walked up to the register and didn't even acknowledged me or say I'll be right back. She walked to the back and talked to the other person in the back. When she finally asked me what I wanted I could barely hear her.“

“The restaurant is always clean, and food usually prepared well, HOWEVER, today I ordered 2 of the bagel chicken sandwiches, and both of them were sorely lacking in chicken. I've had them before, and they were great. Today, not so much.“

“I wanted to try their coffee to support a local business- it was one of the best decisions. The service is great, the shop is cute, but most importantly- the coffee is amazing! I got the salty turtle iced coffee and bought some of their Cumberland Blend beans- which they offered to grind specifically for the kind of coffee pot i use, which i didn’t know was a thing (French press is different than pour over or espresso, apparently). They skip over spending all their effort and money on marketing (unlike some weak, extremely overpriced coffee in a cool bag sold by an attractive salesman at a local convention) and simply roast the best coffee beans. And they have a punch card!“
