Big T's At Hope Mills Lake

Got me a ice cream cone and there was a huge roach at the bottom of the cone after eating my ice cream mostly all of it just to find roach at the bottom of the cone. Told them about it showed them and they just brushed it off. Disgusting place this place definitely needs to be shut down it's got to be health code. I say we send the health inspector over there ASAP!!!!! This place should be closed forever

Pretty sold menu. Amazing steak sub and BLT. Incredible hospitality from our server. Definitely the spot for some deliciously filling food.

We went and ordered a few snow cones and one food item, this was the first time I ordered a sugar free flavor snow cone. Terrible idea, it was disgusting with a bad sour taste. I went up to ask if they could just swap it out for the regular flavor instead of the SF version because it was inedible. The girl at the counter asked another woman back there and the woman said “No that’s what she paid for”, that I’d have to pay for another one. I gave this a one star because what I paid for was terrible and the customer service here is equally as bad.

Place is great and snow cones are great but the young brunette woman working the window currently ( 3pm 5/18) that serves food has the WORST customer service skills I've ever encountered.

This is a great place for this type of food, it’s near the water and walking trail. I wasn’t happy with the texture of the ice, it felt like it was partially thawed and refrozen. This price was reasonable but again that was meaningless since we didn’t enjoy the snow cones

Waited over 30 mins for my drinks and the pretzel and it was microwaved. Ate it with no drinks

I don't understand they hype behind this place. If you want a good icey then yeah. Everything else is basic. Funnel cake fries were hard and not very pleasing. Corn dogs were meh. Kids flavors were good. Adults were subpar. Overall.... If you're here for the lake then youll enjoy the icey, but I can't recommend anything else.
