We recently had the pleasure of using Elite Catering for our son's rehearsal dinner and party at he Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville. I cannot say enough about the fabulous experience. Chef Lou prepared appetizers and the main entrees for our guests at our wedding recently. He delivered just as he promised during our tasting with him. My wedding guests complimented how the chicken with the cornbread stuffing and the flank steak were both amazing. Would definitely recommend Elite Catering to those looking for catering!

Edna and her crew were fantastic. They arrived on time and ready to make the event a success with terrific food and display...involving a last-minute change in venue. When I apologized for the last-minute change, Edna replied, "This what we do." They're awesome.
