Person taking orders at the drive thru was rude, but more importantly this location doesn't follow the standard lunch/dinner hours, and starts serving it at random times.

Pulled up to the drive thru only to be told that I'd have to come inside. What is the purpose of a drive thru then? I left and went to zaxbys. They had someone outside taking orders.

Got food poison! My husband and I were so sick after eating there today (3/10/24) about 8/9am. I had a Cajun chicken biscuit, and my husband had two sausage biscuits, and my daughter had a steak biscuit. My daughter was good.

Rude employees! Other than taking your order not another word was spoken to me. When I got to the window to pay I just got a hand held out the window for my card, card was returned, food was handed to me and window was shut. Not a hello, have a good day. Nothing. When I got home the top of my biscuit was cut so thin it basically disintegrate before I could even bite it leaving me with my steak and the bottom of the biscuit.

Wasted a whole lunch break on at this place. They took my buddies order then disappeared. After roughly 5 minutes I placed my order which was the supreme rice bowl. The sign said $7.55 so I ordered the combo and a BO berry biscuit that came to a grand total of $15.60. My buddy got the same minus the biscuit and he spent $14.03. 15 minutes goes by they asked who has the bowl then waited another 5 minutes for a cold rice bowl hot fries and a stale biscuit. 4 other orders went out before mine and I was in front of them. I won't go back and do not suggest...

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:33pm, I ordered a tailgate, the respond is I cannot support this order! Server responds that they only have a breast and a wing at 9:33pm. Ridiculous, a chicken place that apparently does not cook chicken after 9:00, because by 9:33 there’s no chicken to serve. Very poor performance.

Just finished eating there. Worst customer service. I have ever experienced. Will never eat there again. Wanted a refill on a drink. Several people walked right by me and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I left my cup there and said to hell with this. Will never spend another dime there. They also got an attitude with me when I asked for BBQ sauce for my Cajun filet biscuit. Do not eat there. Long waits and horrible customer sevice.
