I went though the drive thru and the order taker was super friendly and made sure my order was right. The lady in back booth verified my order and was super sweet. The young lady in second window got me my food quickly. This is the only Burger King in Fayetteville I care to eat at everyone is always super friendly and make sure their customers are happy.

The food was fine but the service was incredibly slow and all the people working there seemed like they were half awake and not at all interested in taking care of the customer with any efficiency or speed. Nobody looked happy and nobody seemed interested in getting their job done in a fast or efficient manner. Don't get me wrong. Fast food isn't a fun job, but part of the job is customer service, providing a friendly, happy environment and fast and efficient service.

Very bad, the hamburgers are good but the service is lousy and the manager is super rude. I think that because of people like her, this franchise is sinking. I really do not think I will return to this site.I asked to take away and they gave it to me to eat there and when I asked for a bag to put my hamburgers in, the manager threw it at me and I asked for tomato sauce and she didn't give me she told me that there were the vases if I wanted when I saw that they had tomato sauce sachets

Food is good the usual for burgers etc. customer service is outstanding. Always . And the music selection can vary but it's normally older music - great !! It's pretty clean and organized . Whoever the manager is and their staff - they are always awesome and pleasant.
