Giving the Chikfila Hope Mills NC an overall 2 stars. Since the new owners took over roughly about 2 years ago, this place has gone down hill. The service is super slow, drive throught is slow, food items are always missing or you are short one of your entire orders. I'm doing this review because I have already complained at the location 2x in the past year and it appears even the most basic expectations for filling a soup bowl cannot be met at this location. I would never venture this location if it weren't for family wanting to go here. I'm adding a picture of my soup showing about an inch of product missing. This did not spill. This is how they fill their soup often at this particular location. They really need to teach staff the value of money and the time of their customers seeing how I have been repeatedly been cheated out of product or my entire order at this location. I always have to go back a 2nd trip to get it fixed.

They were doing so good After covin. Now they only have one line open And you have to wait twenty minutes for your food. Quite a few people have complained about this.
Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes they took everyone’s order around me but mine and once I got to the window they told to me to go back around the drive through even after waiting all that time.
Always great
45 minutes stuck in the drive thru line before even being able to order, and there's no way to leave it.

Stood at the counter for over 10 mins before I had to speak out to ask one of the people standing around talking to take my order. I watched an employee roll up paper and flick it across the back counter and begin chatting with her coworkers instead of doing any actual work.

The younger ones like to play rather than work. Literally laughing and playing instead of getting orders out. It’s not professional at all I will continue going to Skibo they have a way better atmosphere.

I watched a man storm out from a lack of anyone greeting him and taking his order, even though three younger people were talking behind the counter. The doordash order I was picking up was cold, due to sitting for over 10 minutes, because I was not greeted and had to get someone's attention. I've dashed to Chic a Filet in 3 states and dined in 4, and this experience is entirely new to my experience and witnessing, and I would wager by the reviews I read before submitting this one that lack of greeting customers has cost the store customers. I just delivered a cold order.

Disappointing CFA experience. We were there during 6PM dinner time. All the focus was clearly on the drive thru and not the dining room. I had to ask for something to wipe down the tables with and no one offered to come do it or knew where the cleaning supplies were. I ended up using hand sanitizer wipes and no one ever came to check for the hour we were there. The tables and floor were filthy. While eating, two employees were on break and also sitting in the dining room. They were young but they proceeded to discuss all their frustrations and also list off many disgusting things they encounter at their job. Like coming in the morning and finding ice cream and sweet tea left out all night. My husband went over and mentioned they should probably stop talking so loudly while so many people were eating around them.
The only positive was a nice play place with some cool equipment ( not the same old thing at most CFAs).

Out of most of desired food. They didn’t tell us we would be getting “canned” drinks. Told us no ice cream , yet the car in front of us received a vanilla cone. The worst chick fil a in the area.

I received a white hair on my fries and a workers response was eww and of course my food was cols when it was brought to the attention of the employers . The manager Jonathan appeared to be understanding and offered a complementary meal on the app . He said to reach back out if there was any issues and of course he chose to be unresponsive and not offer what was promised and say my needs were met. Corporate stated that they couldn't force him to fulfill his promise. Worse Chik fil a I've been too gave stereotypical grumpy fast food service vibes .
