Service has gone down hill really..fries are always cold now and orders are wrong. Probably won’t be back here for a while.

This business unit needs some attention. I actually walked out, after the young man at the register kept walking away from taking my order to joke with his friends. So many people standing around and not really doing anything. Nice kid, I think more of a training and leadership issue. Too much play at the location and not up to Chick FIL A standards. Please don't lower your standards and tolerate poor performance.

The worst chick fil a in fayetteville. Service was really slow and only 1 car, then I get cold as food. Will never go to the one in hope mills

i mobile ordered my food and went thru drive thru to pick it up. only two cars infront of me. apparently the young lady was new taking orders because the opposite lane was was getting cars going. waited in line for her to finish her two cars to be told they was out of mac and cheese. apparently all the cars that came after me in the faster lane got most of the mac and cheese. i was upset at first because i was there before all the other cars but they made up for it by getting my son a cookie on the house and a larger size fry. the employees were kind, just make sure to choose your lane wisely lol

Went for lunch today, I did a mobile curbside order. We received all of our food, and sauces. However, when I got home, I noticed my fries were barely full, and my sandwhich bread was tore up! Everytime I order and pay for a Large fry, I get a medium fry amount of fries in the container. I don’t think it’s right that I pay for a large but only get medium quality. Chik-Fil-A you all should really consider this. I didn’t really have to deal with the employees today, except the older black lady in the drive thru, she acted like she couldn’t help me when I wanted to switch from curbside pickup to drive thru pickup, other than that, the service was fine. As expensive as the food is here, they really need to step it up. It was cold, and not that tasty today, which is shocking because it wasn’t even busy!
