I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I had a custom cake scheduled for pickup at 8 PM tonight for my daughter. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm the order and was told someone would call me back after speaking with a manager. No one ever did.
After waiting, I called back myself and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make the cake and had already refunded my money . I received no phone call, email, or text letting...read full review
Literally poured the milk off the top out of the blender. All of the ice cream was stuck to the bottom. Spent $40 on 4 shakes, which is insane to begin with, for 4 flavored milks. Will most definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
Outstanding customer service and a great selection for all ages. The ice cream was absolutely delicious—I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10!
