Literally poured the milk off the top out of the blender. All of the ice cream was stuck to the bottom. Spent $40 on 4 shakes, which is insane to begin with, for 4 flavored milks. Will most definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
Outstanding customer service and a great selection for all ages. The ice cream was absolutely delicious—I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10!
Lack of Communication - Ordered a cake for pick up. Called yesterday 02/19/2025 to see if there was a chance to pick it up early due to the weather. At first was told yes, but had to come at(that’s right, AT, not before) 4:30 pm due to them closing at 5pm. Hour later get a call that the franchise owner told them to close at 2pm but I will have no problem picking it up at my regular time, which was 11:30am 02/20/2025.
