I have never been apart of such nonsense in my life. I am a certified regular at this jersey mikes. I work at Walmart across the street and eat here for lunch 4 or 5 times a week. If you want to get down to brass tax that's about 60$ a week I spend here so 240$ a month and a little less than 3 grand a year. Call me crazy but i believe that earns me a little credibility. Today Friday Januray 26th I went in to get my regular sandwich. As I went to pay (exact change mind you) I was told by a manager named Sabrina who ive never seen before that one of my 5 dollar bills would not be accepted. Her reasoning behind this and these were her exact words were I can't take this because the majority of your bill is gone. As you can see by this picture maybe 5 % max of the bill is gone. The serial number is fully visible and this is legal tender. This jersey mikes already won't accept 50's or 100's which I sort of understand but this is overkill. Also here's the kicker. After further deliberation I recall receiving this very 5 dollar bill as change from my previous order from this exact jersey mikes the day before. After asking for a manager and being informed she was one I asked the guy on the grill if this was truly policy since it was ridiculous and she took my sandwich and places it behind the counter informing me I won't be served and that I can leave since I'm yelling. I was talking loudly to the man on the grill since he was half a restaurant away and cooking. At that point I wasn't even talking to her. So for her to power trip and take my food and throw me out is crazy. She also said that she was just going to throw it away. Is that what jersey mikes is all about? Wasting food that the customer is willing to pay for with legal tender? That not a very good business model I assure you. After asking for a corporate number or an owner number and her being non compliant I had to leave since as I said above I work at Walmart and was on my lunch break. This woman needs to be seriously retrained or let go entirely and I look forward with my conversation with the owner about this matter.

Needed to get a couple sandwiches right as they opened. Had somewhere I had to be at a specific time. I fully expected no one to “be ready” when they first opened. I was 100% WRONG. When they opened the door @ 1000, everything was ready. One of the sandwiches I intended to order was a hot sandwich. Again, I fully expected to hear “we have to wait on the grill to warm up”. Again, 100% wrong. Literally everything was ready. At 10:07 I was on my way with an order that was 100% correct. Thanx to the staff for caring about what you do.

The food was great! Did a pick up for a free T-mobile Tuesday sub. This was my first time ever eating at Jersey Mike's, and I have to say that Subway can not compete! They shave fresh turkey right there on the spot for the sandwiches. The veggies were fresh, and everything was delicious! Now I know why this place is always so packed!

They did a good job with our sandwiches. Always super friendly!!!! They haven't earned a 5 star yet from me, but that's only because the Jersey Mike's from Boonetrail is still the Jersey Mike's to beat for me. They give you a full meaty sandwich and are not stingy with the vegetables. My cheesesteak here didn't even have mushrooms like they should. The ones on Raeford road are pretty good too. I live closer to the one at Traemoor Village, but I ordered from here to try it. I like the Hopemills Location one better. It's further away from me, but they'll get my business because Boonetrail is too far lol The one at Traemoor is super cheap on the meat. I paid almost 40 dollars for 2 Giants, THERE SHOULD BE LOTS OF MEAT! Maybe one day Traemoor will get better. Glad they opened one in Hopemills so we can go here instead. :) We are Huge Jersey Mike fans.

The service was good my only problem was the workers rushing the customers to make their order, then the order has to be repeated so one get what they ordered that can be time consuming
