I was heated today, ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were Hot-N-Ready. One pizza had half of it smashed and rolled underneath itself and the other was a little smashed. So I called to complain then drove over to swap out the smashed pizza. Like yea cool, they gave me a good one but if they would've just remade it to begin with, that would've saved time and been less of an inconvenience.

Ordered at 1115 walked in at 1150 after being told it would take 15 minutes to make 1 orders of pepperoni crazy puffs.Was told it was being boxed and other people had called in there in order.I told her that was not an excuse.

For such a small location with an endless amount of customers, these employees do the best they can. The only downside at this location is the wait, but it's always packed. I don't complain because I can understand why there's a wait. But the foods always been fresh, from my experience. The employees keep their cool and don't the best they can for EVERYONE there.

We ordered the party pack crazy puffs. So we could try the three kinds and a pepperoni pizza online. Easy pickup process at the portal. One of the workers greeted us while we retrieved our food. That was very good customer service! Our food was really good!

Used to have great service great customer service we are frequent flyers but going to have ro cut them off second time they having an issue in less than 2 weeks first time cashier was rude our order was super delayed for no apparent reason then they brought us out uncooked pizza today called my order in at 4:30 they said 10 minutes arrived at 4:45 apparently they did not put my order spoke to manager expressed my concerns she simply apologized gave me no credit no promo charge and went about her business BYE LIL CS
Good food we normally have to wait for pizza though never really have hot and ready and we waited 30 minutes more than once

This Little Caesars on Main Street in Hope Mills is hands-down the worst! I read the bad reviews about the rude manager and slow, careless staff before going, but I gave them a chance anyway. Big mistake.
We ordered THREE pepperoni pizzas and some stuffed crazy bread. My mom clearly told the worker THREE pizzas, loud and clear. She only handed us ONE pizza and the stuffed crazy bread. My mom immediately pointed out that we were missing TWO pizzas. Instead of them apologizing, she acted clueless, like we were in the wrong.
The worker never mentioned that it was $2 for each sauce. She said it was $2 for two sauces, so my mom paid $2. When we only got one, my mom said, “This is one, we ordered two.” That’s when the worker started looking clueless, like she didn’t know what to do. That’s when my mom asked, “Is it $2 for each sauce?” The worker nodded her head, and my mom said, “You didn’t say that.”
We didn’t even buy the other sauce; we just left because this was just so unacceptable. The staff here is slow and clueless. This was an awful experience from start to finish. Save your time, money, and energy—go somewhere else.

Yes, I understand they are busy. When I went to place my order the staff never spoke, should have been my first sign. Against my better judgement I decided to order. They Overcooked the hell out of my pizza. I should have checked before driving home. But I did call and was told to bring it back to have it remade. I live 20 minutes away, I tell the guy this and he says, well we need at least 80% of it back. LoL, what?! This is poor customer service.

They seem short of staff. My order took an additional 15 minutes. It's cold out but it seems the manager had a hard time getting the teenage crowd to run pizza out to the cars. The pizza was good. Slices weren't cut all the way.
