Went here for the first time in years. It was about two hours before closing. No pizza. Literally no pizza. I was offered cheese puffs and cheesy bread. So I drove down to pizza hut and about seven minutes and $5.09 later, I had a pizza. Also this pizza hut is really clean.

I showed up about 10 minutes early and my pizza wasn't started yet, but the staff got the 5 pizzas knocked out asap. They even brought it out to me while I was waiting in my truck. That was very considerate of them and they didnt have to. I will be coming back for sure.

On my second visit to this establishment, I regret to inform you that I will not be ordering from them again. As a single customer, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
Upon contacting the establishment to discuss my order, I encountered an unprofessional interaction with the individual who answered the phone. Despite my polite request to speak with a manager, the young lady responded in a condescending manner and proceeded to pass me to a manager who shared her rude demeanor.
Whenever a customer contacts the establishment with concerns regarding their food, it is imperative that the staff maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. While I was willing to provide photographic evidence of the discrepancies, the staff made the situation unnecessarily inconvenient for me.
The manager accused me of fabricating the issues with the sauce, toppings, and overcooked food. I explained that I work from home and am unable to visit the establishment at my convenience. Although she initially appeared to be attempting to assist, it was evident that she was not in the appropriate position to handle the situation.
Despite my initial intention to return, the cost of the meal ($16) has deterred me from wasting time. However, I must emphasize that this experience was highly unprofessional and disgraceful.

Little Caesars please do better!

I was heated today, ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were Hot-N-Ready. One pizza had half of it smashed and rolled underneath itself and the other was a little smashed. So I called to complain then drove over to swap out the smashed pizza. Like yea cool, they gave me a good one but if they would've just remade it to begin with, that would've saved time and been less of an inconvenience.

Ordered at 1115 walked in at 1150 after being told it would take 15 minutes to make 1 orders of pepperoni crazy puffs.Was told it was being boxed and other people had called in there in order.I told her that was not an excuse.

For such a small location with an endless amount of customers, these employees do the best they can.
The only downside at this location is the wait, but it's always packed. I don't complain because I can understand why there's a wait. But the foods always been fresh, from my experience. The employees keep their cool and don't the best they can for EVERYONE there.

We ordered the party pack crazy puffs. So we could try the three kinds and a pepperoni pizza online. Easy pickup process at the portal. One of the workers greeted us while we retrieved our food. That was very good customer service! Our food was really good!

Used to have great service great customer service we are frequent flyers but going to have ro cut them off second time they having an issue in less than 2 weeks first time cashier was rude our order was super delayed for no apparent reason then they brought us out uncooked pizza today called my order in at 4:30 they said 10 minutes arrived at 4:45 apparently they did not put my order spoke to manager expressed my concerns she simply apologized gave me no credit no promo charge and went about her business BYE LIL CS
