Sat outside in the parking lot for an hour trying to order from website and will not allow me. I have $8 in rewards that will be expiring on 8/29 so I wanted to use it. I decided to walk in and the young gentleman who was not acknowledgeable at all and seemed irritated I was placing an order. I let him know I was trying to order and use my reward and he took my order gave me the price and said reward dough bucks is for online only. I turned and walked out and went to another establishment.

It was not as good as people claim papa John's is. Its very high priced for sub par pizza. The store in and of itself was not one of the best looking places I have been in.

This will be my third review. The store manager or his “superiors” keep deleting my honest critique.
The store failed to prepare my pizza’s to my exact specifications. When I reached out to store management, I was informed that since I ordered through UberEats, that they were responsible for any refund or compensation that I feel that I might deserve. The issue is over $22. The money doesn’t matter it’s the principle. Now we know that the business can erase reviews at will, how is that ok? Lastly, they’ll more likely than not erase this review, what they don’t get is that I’m retired and have plenty of time to focus on this matter. There are almost infinite email addresses so I will keep posting every time my honest review is erased.

Pizza had no sauce and no cheese on it. The pizza was burnt and my lemon pepper hot wings taste like they use lemon juice with ketchup disgusting. I would never eat at papa John again especially since my meal was 42 dollars just pizza and wings and everything taste disgusting had throw it away because the dogs didn't even want it.

Best location ever! Everyone is so nice! Anthony was the one who delivered my pizza. He was such a lovely and nice young man. He delivered my pizza with care and was on time. I highly recommend this location. Hopefully, whenever you all order pizza from this location for delivery you get Anthony as your driver!
Purchased NewYork Style crust but was given regular crust. I guess they thought I wouldnt notice but i did. This spot used to be great but its just gone down hill. I have no idea why they decided not to use New York Style. Did they run out and thought they would pass off the original? Did they think it was a funny joke? I dont know. Im just tired wasting my time and money on these pizza joints that dont care. I gave a one start for service because of the order being wrong. The person was nice that i talked to but in my opinion, the service is also fulfilling my order correctly which was not done. I may just stop going to this Papa Johns.

So I ordered for carry out and this is the pizza I got….the crust is breaking away from the bottom & my two extra things of pizza sauce are what you see in the photo….seriously!?!

I’ve ordered from this location before and normally service is ok Tonight the crust was burned , so I called the manger for a replacement when speaking to him it was like a debate or disbelief of having burned crust As a customer I wasn’t satisfied with the services tonight.
