The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered at 539pm. App said ready and delivered between 619-629pm. Cool. So I’m watching the tracker and I learn my delivery is through DoorDash. I watch her wait there for my door. Her name is Kiara. Time keeps passing. I call the store and the recording just says they are busy. I check again. My order has a new driver Josiah and they are now preparing it? New arrival time 645. Time still passing. It’s now 7:02. No pizza. So I call the store. They tell me my first order was picked up and the driver just took my order and another and kept it. So DoorDash reassigned it and sent it back to be remade. While on the phone I update my tracking because they could not give me a time and it says cancelled. 🤷🏻♀️ the manager had no idea what was going on. She said they could remake it again. I asked how long and she said another 45 minute 😳. I ordered at 5:39 and you want to deliver my pizza at 8pm? Absolutely not. I got no apology. Just that she doesn’t hire the drivers. She then told me that I would either have a refund in either 15 minutes or 5 business days. What. The biggest disappointment in customer service ever. Don’t order from here. Ever.

This papa johns is trash 🗑 in hope mills, it's like they just throw the pizza together. It's never right and you never get what you ask for. I asked for well done & light cheese and I need get it and the pizza taste old as well. If I could give it 0 stars I would, do not go to this papa johns ever!

Great location for this shop, lots of parking, and plenty of staff to keep up with the dinner rush orders. Our pizza was delicious and topped all the way out to the edge of the crust, just the way I like it!!! The butter garlic dipping sauce was a great addition to the pizza. Staff was also VERY friendly. With the special we saw in a commercial on TV we actually saved $37.40. Great deal on a couple of delicious pies!!!

PLEASE oh please, stop covering the pepperoni with the cheese. Its disgusting. The pepperoni is soggy and floppy.

I ordered my pizza through the app n my car and went to pick it up right away. The store is only about 13 minutes from my house, and of course I came straight home after picking it up. When I got home and touched the pizza, it wasn’t hot like a freshly made pizza—it was more like room temperature. It feels like it might have been someone else’s order that wasn’t picked up. This has never happened with Papa John’s before, and I’m really disappointed.
Sat outside in the parking lot for an hour trying to order from website and will not allow me. I have $8 in rewards that will be expiring on 8/29 so I wanted to use it. I decided to walk in and the young gentleman who was not acknowledgeable at all and seemed irritated I was placing an order. I let him know I was trying to order and use my reward and he took my order gave me the price and said reward dough bucks is for online only. I turned and walked out and went to another establishment.

This will be my third review. The store manager or his “superiors” keep deleting my honest critique.
The store failed to prepare my pizza’s to my exact specifications. When I reached out to store management, I was informed that since I ordered through UberEats, that they were responsible for any refund or compensation that I feel that I might deserve. The issue is over $22. The money doesn’t matter it’s the principle. Now we know that the business can erase reviews at will, how is that ok? Lastly, they’ll more likely than not erase this review, what they don’t get is that I’m retired and have plenty of time to focus on this matter. There are almost infinite email addresses so I will keep posting every time my honest review is erased.
