We ordered pizza to be delivered. When the driver arrived, after my daughter had the pizza in her hands, she told my daughter, "I can't accept a 50 bill. There wasn't an issue the last time she paid with a 50.00 bill. Took the pizza out of her hands. No one thought to say... Hey, stop, let's see if there are other options. Let me give you a min to think about it. When she called the manager, they were snooty/ rude sounding and unable to return her rewards points.1) Cash policies should be clear.2) Make sure your drivers have enough change3) Try to help your customers troubleshoot.4) Encourage your managers to learn to convey empathy and understanding5) Rewards points need to be refunded if you don't get your product.

I'm so upset with this place! I order 2 big pizzas in the morning for delivering at 6pm. It was my daughter's 6th birthday and we had a little party. It was 6:30 yet and I called to know where where my pizzas because the kids was starving and they said it would take another 30 min, sure it would be much longer. So I had to cancelled and cook something ASAP. Not nice!!!

Ordered two separate pizzas and both of them were horrible the cheese wasn't melted the toppings was not done...they also didn't give me the extra garlic sauce I paid for...I called to advise manager and he said it's nothing he could do because the oven is preset and it has to be done...I'm a pizza counesouer and I definitely know if my pizza isn't prepared properly...complete waste of money gas and time!!!!

I have been going to this Papa Johns for years. I ordered online 1/28/2023. Once I got my confirmation I went to the store to pick up my order. I walked the music was blasting, no big deal it was late I get that. One employee walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me standing there, while a female employee, with me in plain sight prepare her order for delivery looked at me and didn’t say anything, while the young man with his back turned to me never turned around and continued looking down at I am thinking his phone . After standing there for 4 Minutes I left. Not once did I get a call to ask if my order was going to be picked up. Now this is actually after in October 2022 a door dash driver dropped my wings and when I called the store was told I had to call customer service to get my money back. I called customer service at least 3 times with the promise to have someone contact me, 3 months later no contact. I don’t usually take the time to do this, but it needed to be done. Ordered the chicken pappa bowl1. Too salty to eat2. It didn't look no where nearwhat is advertised. The bowl was not even half full. It was flat like a pancake. Will not be ordering this anymore

Scheduled a delivery for 6pm (I put the order in at 2pm, so they have known about this upcoming delivery for 4 hours) called at 6:30pm and with no sign of pizza i decide to call, they say the driver will be at my location "any minute" it is now 7pm, an hour past the time scheduled for delivery and still no sign of pizza. So. That's fun.
