Very unprofessional waited over 30 minutes for apple pies once I got back to the second window all you see is employees, laughing, and playing. Also, I never received my food

Extremely busy. 12 to 15 cars at drive thru. Several people waiting on food and several waiting to order. Everyone was working as fast as they could to get the food out. I finally got to order and had to wait 20 minutes for me to get my food. The chicken was hot and the biscuit fresh. It was worth the wait. While eating only one woman complained about her food not ready when she came in to get it. Great job! One satisfied customer!

I ain’t gone lie I went here tonight around 10:30 they told me to pull up I was I waited a lil min but it was worth it them tenders was so fire .. shout out to the staff.

The girl taking the orders was so rude! Talking very aggressive and talking over me , couldn't barely finish a sentence before she asked a question. Then we were told to pull forward to wait, waited 15 minutes while everyone else behind us was steady getting their orders. When the girl finally came out to give us our order, not only were we missing food but she didnt say one word. No hi, bye, sorry for your wait, nothing. My husband had to go back in and wait for them to make the sandwich we were missing, no apologies.

This group of young people were on point. Very attentive, informative and on point. I let the Manager know that everyone was welcoming and most of all the food was great. I highly recommend this location.

Wonder place! The customer service is amazingg everyone in there is super duper nice, including this one lady who works there and fed me and my family for free! Btw their food is always hot and super fresh! Please make sure to stop by and support them. :) 🤍

Drive to any other location for better service. I've been to this one twice and both times the wait to get your food was over 45 minutes, plus they screwed up the order BOTH times. It was terrible both times. Won't ever be back. The location over on Fort Bragg is waaay faster no matter how busy they are. I'd rather drive 20 minutes away, you still can get there and back before this location will have your food ready. Yeah, it's really that bad.

I dread going to this location because it is always something. They don't have to worry because this was my last visit. I waited 15 minutes for my order as if they had to make it, only for it to be warm like it's been sitting there and to top it off it wasn't right. SMH.

Every time I come here, it’s anything but fast. Even if you preorder, they’ll probably give away your order before you get there and then scramble to make it. I just want my food and they wanna hold it hostage. RELEASE MY MEAL 😩
