Out of the 5 times I've been here there has only been 1 time that the food was good. Every other time it has been just.. okay. Not worth what they charge at all.Tonight we ordered the chicken parm, chicken Alfredo and spaghetti. Well my husband pulled a chunk of white plastic out of his mouth that came from his food (chicken parm). This isn't okay. I'm glad this wasn't in my kid's food because the piece was big enough to choke on.We won't be coming back here.

Used to absolutely love eating here. Needs a face lift brighter and more inviting atmosphere. Staff was nice just not very knowledgeable and did not explain tip rules and more. Since it's now on a Handheld very hard to read and figure out. Food was not bad just nothing special or something I say I have to come back for.

Wonderful food. My sister and mom had never been, and they were impressed.
Do not go here. The manager is extremely rude to customers and lies to their face. She is bossy towards her employees and speaks to them in a condescending tone. A child around 8 years old was delivering the food with her hair touching the plate and handling customers money. Very unsanitary.

When I go out to eat I watch how I'm treated when I walk through the door and my experience with this location was horrible (if you don't want my money just say that and I will gladly not visit your establishment ever again). I knew it would be bad experience when I walk through the door I felt it. We waited on someone to even acknowledge us and when seated we didn't get ask about drinks for well over eight minutes. There was some other customers that came in ten minutes after us and seated and asked if they wanted any appetizers, their drinks and food came before we were even asked anything. So, Sammio in Hope Mills, NC you don't have to worry about getting my money ever again because it's evident you don't need nor do you want it.....I give this restaurant all thumbs down I wouldn't even take my dog to visit this location.???????we left before the food came out.

I reserved a small room upstairs about 2 weeks prior to my event. I was escorted upstairs and shown a 15-seater room I could reserve. I was told I would have to pay $75 for the room. When I arrived on 3/2/24 I got the run around as the waitress was told to seat us (8 people) at a regular dinning table in the dining room. I said I made reservations for a room. The waitress went back and came again to take us upstairs and tried to seat us at an open area with about 30 seats. Once again I informed her that I had reserved the small room next to this open area. We went to the room. The waitress kept interrupting our meeting. The waitress and another lady came up to tell me in front of my staff that we had to pay the $75 for the room I was well aware of this and had made private reservations, but they felt the need to broadcast it to everyone who was not aware nor was it their business. Two of the waitress questioned us as to what kind of meeting we were having. That was none of their business as well. After we met I went downstairs on my way out to pay the $75. I will be very Leary of reserving any space at this restaurant again.

There was Ranch dressing spilled on the floor right next to our table. Which is whatever caz accidents happen, but I watched 3 different servers walk by it before someone finally decided to clean it up.The food is decent, but nothing to write home about. Staff is friendly though.
