The store is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing, meeting with friends, or getting some work done. The service is reasonably fast, and the team gets the beverage right with no mistakes. The morning greetings, sharpie notes, and friendly atmosphere are superb. However, the music can be too loud inside. While Starbucks tends to be more expensive than some competitors, the quality of the drinks and solid customer service help justify the cost. The team exceeds expectations, and every drink is aced. On one occasion, a customer was upset when their points were used to pay for a drink without asking, but overall, this is a reliable location.
