Tonight I ordered traditional Classic wings, lemon pepper, and atomic Wings from the website.. My son went in and picked up the order and then came home when we checked the order it was boneless. Not only did they charge extra for the traditional wings besides getting the order he tried to return it, and the employee stated to him that boneless showed up on their website on their end and that she was unable to change the order..
The employee also stated that it will take five days to get our money back.. We spend a lot of money with this business and at this location.
How could a major franchise like this not switch the order? Not to mention on several other different occasions, they never have change for cash after a certain time. My son also mentioned to me during the encounter tonight the employee was laughing and had a smirk on her face. I didn’t find this funny at all And if he’s lying, run the cameras back because cameras don’t lie.
This is not how you treat customers and very disgraceful customer service..
We are very dissatisfied customers with the service At this location.
I will be sending an internal email to the upper corporate concerning this matter.
You get no stars for this type of behavior.

I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

Normally good. Tonight we went and a whole different crew was working. Watched several employees with phones in their hands while holding food. Another girl put food in a box no gloves and then licked her finger afterwards.

Update 12/2025: We heard that new management had taken over and decided to give this location another try. I’m so glad we did! Huge improvements have been made! Customer service has been top notch, orders were ready on time, and the food quality was excellent! Thank you to the new team for turning the location around!

After several orders and giving multiple opportunities for improvement, I will not be visiting this location again. Each time, we have had an unreasonable wait time after submitting online orders. Each time we’ve been, the order “was not received” and we were told we’d have to wait. Our shortest wait time was well over an hour. We were not the only customers in the restaurant with that problem. It seemed all customers were waiting extended periods of time.

The customer service at Wingstop was great. Valentino helped us and made sure our order was taken correctly and came out fast. He was polite, professional, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. Even though it was busy, he stayed patient and made the experience smooth. The service alone made us want to come back. I do recommend this location.

Bathroom was clean and the lobby was active.. thanks to Isaiah for the suggestions and Jayden for the service.. ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich, 5 piece tender with voodoo fries.. would highly recommend this location.. and the voodoo fries
