I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳 Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store. Horrible customer service. Didn't do anything to make it right.

On top of this place being at least 30+ minutes late for orders every single time, the service is horrible. Any time I walk in here, I get no acknowledgment whatsoever. This time I walked in and the lady at the front counter kept walking around, then would walk to the back to talk. When she came back up front to the register, she still didn’t acknowledge me. I finally just had to shout out that I had an online order so someone would look at me. It wasn’t even busy for dinner yet. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. This place needs entirely new workers and management, for allowing their workers to be this awful.

Half the wings had feathers on them. BARELY any sauce on them. Flavors sucked. If you love Wingstop this is not your usual Wingstop. They suck! Try a different location.

Coming here expecting to go home with your food within a reasonable amount of time was a big mistake. I walked in to place my order, according to my receipt, at 3:54pm. All I ordered was a 10-piece wing with a drink. No fries or side or anything. It took over 40 minutes for them to get the order out! I get it, they get busy with online orders and other people who call in, but matters are made worse when they have zero time management or any kind of organized system that seems to be in place for any of the staff, who are all in their own little worlds. Not to mention we heard some woman with glasses say to one of the staff members "either hand it to her or throw it at her, whichever you prefer" regarding a customer who calmly asked for cheese sauce, after waiting even longer than I had, because it should've been with her food from the beginning. She was understandably upset after waiting almost 50 minutes for her food and they come back with that kind of attitude??? The staff are rude, and they offer no apologies for it. The food itself is okay, but simultaneously questionable considering I saw no hairnets or gloves in sight. Honestly, if I ever find myself wanting Wing Stop again, I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

None of them wore hairnets, gloves, and dirty aprons. The floor is a mess with dead flies and maggots on the floor, along with alive flies around the counter where you order and the kitchen. This Wingstop location should be shut down by health inspectors, along with unapproved FDA with their deliveries. Fail of personal hygiene, failure to clean and sanitize, plus temperature abuse with no control whatsoever. Servsafe should’ve taken two of their verification by servsafe themselves and shut this place down for good.
