Person taking order got it wrong, manager blame me for the mistake, chicken over cooked, fried pickles were cold

Waisting my day off in this drive thru..... I was the first car in line, three other cars came after me.... we were all told to pull up... 10-15 minutes later they all got their food and about 3-4 other cars that came through the while we were waiting got theirs also... so, I called the store to see what the hold up was and let them know a rough estimate of how long I had been waiting and the manager answered with attitude an said you've only been waiting 20 minutes.... so I just went ahead an just asked for a refund.... If the MANAGER is accepting 20-30 minute wait times I'm not waisting my money, i'm extremely sick of accepting trash service... I called in an order to Wing Company on Camden road after receiving my refund and by the time I got there it was already ready .. now, that's how you do it.

Food is good but you have to wait forever for your order. Tables inside were dirty and the ice for the drink machine was empty. Probley won't go here again.

Abril 1st, 6:25 pm. Went through the drive by and there was nobody behind me,still was ordered to park in front of the store to wait for my order. When I ask why, the rude employee just told me they had a limit of time to do the order. I ask him if that wasn't cheating the system. He got angry, and just told "move". Very rude. Don't cheat the system!!!!

So, my curiosity is this. Why don’t the two gentlemen behind the counter, preparing food (who both have beards) have any type of hair/beard guards on covering their beard, preventing hair from getting in the food they’re preparing?? They both had either hats or bandanas on covering the hair on their heads but nothing at all on either one of their beards. Is that not a thing??Saturday the 30th of March, 2024 @ 6:30pm is when we were in the facility. Looking at the shift schedule should let mgmt know the employees I’m referring to.

The building looks nice from the outside in drive thru, and after the first time I thought it deserved a second chance to redeem themselves......they failed. Got 4 small shirts for $3 ...that was a joke. The 4 piece tender meal should be called 4 nugget meal. We will not ever come back. Paid $30 for lunch and wanted to go to get food after we were done .....Rip Off!!!

I hate that this is the closest zaxby's near me. In the last 2 years every single time I got to this one location something is wrong with my order. I try to be understanding, mistakes happen. But, every single time whether it be delivery or drive thru that's crazy! Especially when they repeat my order to me correctly.I would say if you have the choice go to a different location.

The food is like a regular Zaby’s. Service isn’t bad (for Fayetteville standards) however not good either. The guy taking my order sounded like an idiot and got my order wrong, even after I corrected him still got it wrong. And another guy was standoffish at the window
