It's rare I leave a 1 Star review. I dine out for 100% of my meals and the vast majority of my many hundreds of reviews here and on other rating sites are positive. Then, came this restaurant. First time visit and was attracted by their so-called $5 Burger Special. The server offered a choice of cole slaw or fries with the burger. I asked if those were included and he said they were, so I opted for the fries. Service was fast.The burger was ok, but small. Excellent bun. The fries were few, soggy and undercooked. Also, it was cold inside. Each customer was bundled up against the cold. I asked the server if the heat was on and he said yes and would try to adjust it. The check arrived, but I was charged for the fries. The cashier (manager?) said the fries weren't included with the "special". His attitude was he couldn't care less about my concern. No problem, I won't be back.

Service was great! Omelet was dry and I couldn't find the Swiss cheese, hash browns were mushed. Coffee was good and did I say, service was great!!!!

Great service, great meal. I went during a slow time and food was hot a tasted good. Great option passing through Horse Shoe. Price was higher than fast food but acceptable for the experience that you receive.

The food was delicious, but the bacon was next level. Laura our waitress was super sweet and very attentive, she was the only waitress at the time and she did a great job. We will be back for sure at our next visit, plus we have to have more of the delicious bacon.

Good food, they have a nice breakfast steak. Lots of locals stop in as it's definitely off the beaten path, but easy to find. Service was fair and the cook answered our questions about what kind of steak they served. We each enjoyed our meals and ate every bite!
We went for lunch on Sunday. The burgers and fries were great. The prices are reasonable and the waitress was really friendly. The food came quickly and hot. They take debit cards but charge 3.5 % service charge. Not much really. Cost me an extra 27 cents.

I love Fidelia's. They have a great mushroom Swiss burger and for breakfast, apple pancakes that are huge and yummy. Also they are located between Hendersonville and Brevard which makes them convenient.
