Ordered the Dubai drink got laughed at for ordering it then they didn’t even make it and acted like they forgot when I was the only one there when I got my drink it was just matcha I ask about it and they said the chocolate is in it and laughed when I asked for another one it was a very weird experience so I just walked away bc idk what was funny about it they where like 16 yr old kids and one adult manager who obviously didn’t care

It seems like the only people working here’s are trainees. Absolutely no manager or more experienced employee in sight. The past two times I’ve came here it took 15 & 20+ minutes to get my drink. No way to get a refund either.. whatever

While it's clean and they are efficient, they aren't fully trained by the S'Bucks so you can't be as creative as you can in a full size Bucks. The staff are young, so I attribute that to the casual attitude and complacency. Wish they took the process a little more seriously, as Starbucks customers take their beverages more seriously than DD customers, especially since we spend more on the product.
