Asked for sweet tea, got served un sweet tea. Asked the manager for another that it tasted like unsweet tea and I got “sorry were too busy”.
Went to use coupons when they opened. Cashier, in pink hoodie was rude to Coworkers and myself. Food was Substituted because an item was out. (Which is fine) But didn't have all items on sandwich.

Drive thru girl was so not friendly. Didn’t speak and after getting order wrong acted as if it was my fault. Might want to check her attitude next time.

The worst Arby’s ever the food was cold and the manager said that’s normal ask me if I want a refund and I said no I’m hungry then answer with all the food is like this then I said give me a Apple turnover and the woman felt it and said this is cold too lmao and then of course I got upset stomach later that day DO NOT GO

If there was no star that would be better horrible - they messed up everyone's orders took people dine in orders gave it to take out orders then the cook was was running his mouth communicating threats and the rest of them but one was nice but all the rest horrible.

The lady that took my order in the drivethru was rude and had an attitude. Sandwich was okay. This place has always been a little on the slow side but the servers were usually nice... not this time.

Hickory location is always Great but this one (Hudson) now is HORRIBLE. I got there and they said they were out of Roast beef and it would be 10-15 minutes for more to finish cooking. The cook sliced it thick not thin. He complained the entire time about hating his job and was going to be like “Stewie “ off Family Guy and how he was starting to hate that place. I placed an order through the app but had to order my Turkey Ruben in person bc the app doesn’t have the turkey option instead or corn beef. The girl who took my order didn’t key in turkey in the order so a corn beef Ruben was made. I mentioned it and the cook/preparer got mad and asked the other guy there “Did he even order Turkey on it?” I said “Yes I did, I told her a Turkey Ruben”. and the girl who took my order just looked at me and didn’t say a word. Then he asked if it was going to be heated or not bc he got in trouble for heating it before (For a Hot Sandwich). He wore the same gloves the whole time touching everything. Very loud and rude guy. Talking loud over the food he made. The girl at the front kept calling my app order a DoorDash. I had to tell her that the DoorDash order wasn’t mine, I had a online app order. She filled the coke so full it was spilling out everywhere all over the counter. Didn’t offer napkins. I had to go get some. Didn’t offer a drink tray either with 4 drinks (to go). After about 25 minutes in there got my two orders. Had to ask for marinara for the cheese sticks and it was clearly on the app order & receipt. The ketchup packs in the lobby were all mostly stuck together by something sticky. The crinkle cut Fries were so over cooked that they were very dark brown and so hard I couldn’t eat them. We all feeling very nauseated about 15-20 minutes after eating. I Will not ever go back to this location in Hudson NC. This all happened starting around 5:05 pm on August 21, 2024. If I could give -10 Stars I would.
We stop by this location every other day now. It seems in the last 6 months, they have a whole new team. The customer service went from bad to Exceptionally Great! We usually get some kind of chicken and it is always cooked fresh. It never takes but about 5 minutes. Thanks guys for your great customer support.

This is the first Arby's location I've been to where I was disappointed in the food.
I could tell I got the hours old, overcooked Arby's meat that stayed under the lamp too long. You know the kind of old, dry meat that feels plastic-y? And the meat was cold whenever I bit into it.
Only thing fresh about my meal were my season-less fries :).

Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Service is pretty good at this location. However... The entrance from Mt hermon rd is terribly littered, as is the embankment along the Mt Hermon rd. Team up with the adjoining gas station and clean this up please. It is unappealing and unappetizing. 0 stars for atmosphere because of this mess! Also embarassing as the first thing many people see as they enter my hometown.

Really good service, quick service, good hot food. Way better than the last time I was there. The general manager took and filled my order.Not like the last time I was there where no one came to the register for 10min.I will be coming back if this service keeps up.
