Being from California, we had never unheard of a Bojangles, but we’re seeing them EVERYWHERE as we travel through North Carolina so we decided to check it out.
We were there for a late lunch so it was practically empty and we got our food almost immediately.
The chicken tenders were great, biscuit was. List and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was delicious!
All in all a solid place for some fast food.

They got my order wrong. I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit add gravy to the biscuit. The guy at the drive through rang it up correctly but it wasn't correct. They gave me a gravy biscuit and put cheese and egg on top of the gravy biscuit. 😆 When I took it back inside the manager was very rude and told me it's basically the same thing that I ordered.

How do you say your are serving a product, chicken rice bowl. You don't have cheese. So you are not serving the whole product? This is one of your biggest sales.
The store is totally not operating. Easter Sunday. People are waiting in the drive though. I left and drove up to granite falls.. ordered a steak biscuit combo and they gave me a chicken biscuit.. I’m sorry I don’t know what to say. I love Bojangles but holy crap. Maybe you will get what you’re expecting.. maybe not.

Without a doubt the WORST Bojangles in the area. Make them show you the honey mustard because that's the only way you're gonna get any. I even asked them and they lied to my face about it. No straws for your drink. Chicken is WAY overcooked. Constantly running out of food. They even told me once they were out of chicken....AT A CHICKEN PLACE! Just don't go.... Drive to Lenoir. It can't be any worse.

I ordered 2 Gravy Biscuits and they where pure liquid. I called the manager to get them replaced and she said their was nothing they could do about it because that is how it is. We did not enjoy our soup biscuits. Highly dissatisfied.

Ordered online for pickup 2 times and both times it had to wait at the curb side for 20+ mins and no one ever brought my food out. So then after I go inside to figure out what’s taking to long just for a 4 piece supreme combo, they are asking each other if they have an online order and they didn’t even realizes they had one. Then they said we were too busy and didn’t see it come through. They need better management. The young adults don’t seem to care about the customers.
