Without a doubt the WORST Bojangles in the area. Make them show you the honey mustard because that's the only way you're gonna get any. I even asked them and they lied to my face about it. No straws for your drink. Chicken is WAY overcooked. Constantly running out of food. They even told me once they were out of chicken....AT A CHICKEN PLACE! Just don't go.... Drive to Lenoir. It can't be any worse.

I ordered 2 Gravy Biscuits and they where pure liquid. I called the manager to get them replaced and she said their was nothing they could do about it because that is how it is. We did not enjoy our soup biscuits. Highly dissatisfied.

Ordered online for pickup 2 times and both times it had to wait at the curb side for 20+ mins and no one ever brought my food out. So then after I go inside to figure out what’s taking to long just for a 4 piece supreme combo, they are asking each other if they have an online order and they didn’t even realizes they had one. Then they said we were too busy and didn’t see it come through. They need better management. The young adults don’t seem to care about the customers.
The A/C has been down for weeks. This used to be the best one in Caldwell. If they ever fix the A/C and fly issue I will move it back up to 5 🌟

The Hudson store used to be the best, but the last 4 times at the drive thru, it’s been bad. Paid for extra sauces and never got any! Also paid for tomato on steak biscuit two times and got home and it wasn’t on it. We’re through giving them chances to make good. No more. 😔😡

Bojangles of Hudson needs new management. My order was wrong when I got home to see a BBQ sandwich instead of a Cajun filet on a bun, it was ALSO wrong when they gave me a drink with ice after adamantly stating "NO ICE!!!", then WOULD NOT take the wrong drink back to throw it away even after I pointed out their ONLY trash can, was FUUULLL!!! They had 2 doofuses just STANDING there literally scratching their butt's. That was my first time in 4 years going to Bos of Hudson.... AND WILL BE MY LAST. And don't worry, I WILL let others know how rude and lazy Victoria,the so-called manager, really is. I mean, can't even do your job? Take back wrong orders, get orders RIGHT, empty the dang trash...wow

We ordered meals with bo rounds. They give us fries for both orders. The fries came half cooked and tasted like they had been cooked the night before! The manager John refused to make the order right. It will be the last time we eat at this restaurant! We are very displeased with this bojangles and DO NOT recommend anyone to eat there!

This is definitely the worst location in caldwell. It used to be the best before covid and now everything's always either underseasoned or over cooked. The staff isn't the same as it used to be. The resturant itself is still as clean and nice as it was before but the service and food have definitely declined recently. Hopefully ots only a temporary thing while they find a good crew but definitely be aware it's not the same as it used to be.
