I went here this morning only to be met with the rudest drive-thru clerk that I have ever encounter. I was given seconds to respond to give my order and was definitely rushed. Get the to the window and I'm waiting; the blonde lady that was the cashier doesn't anything except my total. I hand her my card, she eventually hands it back. Then slams the window closed as I say "thank you". 4-5 minutes later I get my food, only for her to say "have a good day". She had not give me my drink, so I said "uhh, I didn't get my drink". She grumps over to make it in a very annoyed way. When I did get it (Sprite) only to find that it's nothing but carbonated water, then once again; she slams the window in my face.
What kind of restaurant are you running here that allows this level of negligence and rude behavior from your employees?

The freshest food for fast food. Everything is always warm. The staff is cheerful and the dining area is clean and decorated so nice. The best burger in Caldwell.

Husband stopped by to order. He drives a truck so he couldn't go through drive thru. Doors were locked so he couldn't go in to order! It was 730pm!!! He could see employees in the store just doing nothing!! I called and got a fax signal. Come on guys, you can do better!!!

Walked into a slammed BK. Was a it of a wait (expected) staff was awesome with a great attitude in a stressful atmosphere. Great job!!

Kid-friendliness: Great with my son, helpful in bringing the food out to us, and when we were finished. Helped me carry the food and drinks to the vehicle since I was carrying out my son. Excellent service and hospitality was beyond perfect.

130 lunch, food is decent, oil could definitely use changing. I got a large Whopper combo. I have included a picture of my fries, it could be a kid's size. Not my worst bk experience, I got all my food, except for the large fries.
