Pulled up to the drivethru at 10:46 sat for 3 or 4 minutes waiting then the I drivethru and see them in the back so I go to the drive thru window get no response so I pull back around and tap on the window dude walks up said they were closed and it was 10:54 now. I try to ask why I've been sitting out side starting at 10:46 and he through his hands up and walked away. I drove to McDonald's gave them my bug order and they made it fresh as always. I wasn't going to do a review but then I thought. Why didn't they take my order at the drive-thru and why did the people avoid tgis order. . A good explanation always trumps a one well attribute.

Waited at drive in lane for 12min before leaving, at the window was a SUV with three employees looking over a receipt maybe? Always move the car with issues forward and serve ones in the line, always!!

Manager was rude and seemed that everything was bothering her sow was the drivethrew girl make snide remarks over hard set and manager refused to I do dishes said she done enough Thursday to do her for a week and slammed my condiments on counter and saying have a blessed day so I counter her responce.

Please hire competent staff. You're not building rockets, here. You're making Whoppers. I try to keep giving this BK a chance, but every time I come here, they mess up my order and get hateful if asked to correct it. I'm always here during your 2nd shift. This time, I asked for extra pickles and mayo on my Whoppers. $26 for 4 sandwiches, and you can't get it right? Come on. We watched 3 girls holding up the register counter. I'm usually not one to complain. I would usually just take it anyway and go. But, enough is enough. I won't be back, and would NOT recommend this BK to anyone. Where do you see extra pickles or mayonnaise?

The grown woman at the drive thru was mad at us because we had to drive back through to get all of the sauces she forgot and after arguing with us about it at the speaker (we even prompted it as if WE forgot to ask for the sauces, it was a mobile order) we thanked her & said it was all good, even after she tried to hand us the wrong ones we asked for. Then she slammed the window in our faces without a word and stormed away. Maybe do your job correctly in the first place and you wont feel the need to project how miserable you are onto your customers when you mess up their orders?
