More than I can count on my hands my food has been messed up...I had 2 bottoms of buns for a hamburger and another time I got a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and cheese they added bacon to it, to ight my hubby got a Jr whopper and an 8 piece nugget and a 4 piece nugget...didn't get the 4 piece...I'm sick of it!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would almost every time I want them they are closed not taking cash not taking cards or out of what I want went tonight 15mins ago and they are closed while they're staff hanging out in the eating area smh they need to be shut down

If you want to stop at a pig sty, you come to the right place! They absolutely do not care how they prepare the food! My whopper had no tomatoes lettuce falling all out the sandwich like they did not even care how they put it together! The French fries were not fresh 1/2 cold! Never again 🤦♀️

I just went through their drive-thru and ordered a number 7. What I got instead was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen to come from a fast food restaurant. A flat rectangle piece of burnt chicken that was completely inedible in some kind of weird sauce with lettuce on a flour tortilla. The only reason I gave them two stars was because they were nice and the fries were hot

Menu items are often not available and ingredients on your burger are missing without your prior knowledge and I have even gotten burgers at this particular franchise location where the burger bun was substituted with a chicken sandwich bun, now this in itself isn't the end of the world by no means but when you get it home and open it up expecting your food to look a certain way it really makes a feller wonder what else in your meal has been substituted without you knowing or approving such a substitution...but that's my opinion and you are most certainly welcome to leave your opinion here same as I have.

They charged me for someone else's order in the drive through. Then had to issue a refund and ring up the correct order. The fries were old and cold and my burger didn't have pickles when it was supposed to.
This the longest I have ever had to set in like for fast food, I have been setting here for the last 30 minutes. The sandwich was cold asked to add onions they left the dal lettuce off. I'll never stop there ever again.

Went to tell them they had no toilet paper in mens room they put the men's restroom out of service and as soon as I walked out they locked the doors at 450p
