I got here right when they opened and I expected lower quality service due to that, but the staff was incredible! The food came out quickly despite them having just opened and everyone was very polite despite me getting there so early. I’ve never been one to go to kfc often, but I will be coming back here!

The last four times I went for Sunday lunch to order chicken livers. They said they didn’t have any. If you’re not gonna have chicken livers you should take it off the menu.

A wing meal was ordered and I got one wing and a thigh!!! Tried to call them an hour before they closed and NOBODY ANSWERED!!!!!!! It rang 20 X!!!!! This was sorry!!!! Bunch of lazy hoodlums!!!

I usually eat kfc 1 to 2 times a week every kfc from Lenoir to statesville I can order to 2 pieace deal and sub a leg and breast for a little extra money no problem this kfc in Hudson said it’s against their policy they just didn’t want to do it I didn’t want a drink so I had to pay 3 extra bucks to add a drink ridiculous

I got a nugget combo with mashed potatoes & gravy with sweet tea. The nuggets were dry and burnt, the mashed potatoes were just gross. There were texturized pieces that make me think it had been sitting out for a long time. My tea had no ice in it and since it’s not a fountain drink it wasn’t cold at all. They didn’t include the ranch I asked for or a spoon/fork for the potatoes. The cashier had an attitude from the beginning and I didn’t notice these errors until I got home so I was super friendly the whole time. I’d been sick for days so I’m super disappointed that the thing I was wanting to use to treat myself turned out to be disgusting. I’ve gotten the same meal at the KFC in Lenoir and it has always been great.

Do not eat there that often, but when I do, I go through the drive thru, make sure to check your order, they will definitely leave out something, one time it's a piece of chicken, the next its,a biscuit, tonight it was both of my sides cole slaw, and mashed potatoes.i be decided to stay away from this location. Eaters beware.
I don't know what they changed but their chicken fingers are now terrible. It's like eating breaded pepper.

This is the 3rd time we have ordered a bucket of chicken and didn’t get all of our order. First time we ordered a 12 piece and only get 8 pieces. Ok so they made a mistake. Next time the same and then this time only got 6 pieces of tough chicken. No 3 rd side and only 5 tenders. We ordered to $30 fill up. We are done. Not again. No thanks
