This is the 3rd time we have ordered a bucket of chicken and didn’t get all of our order. First time we ordered a 12 piece and only get 8 pieces. Ok so they made a mistake. Next time the same and then this time only got 6 pieces of tough chicken. No 3 rd side and only 5 tenders. We ordered to $30 fill up. We are done. Not again. No thanks

Went there for lunch today. All I wanted was crispy chicken course. They didn't have any then we drove on the way in the one in lenoir, and of course they didn't have it either.

I gave the drive thru staff in full detail what I wanted she even called it back out to me get to the window she hands me a small box with 3 chicken strips no sides hadn't made him a drink yet so she said 13 76 I said for a 3 piece strip that comes in a combo. I said where his sides I finally paid for the 13$ of chicken strips no fries no bread nothing well I didn't no she hadn't even. Taken my order so I have to pay again using my debit card and all I got was a pot pie and tea it came to 14,87 I was in total shock and the manager said mam this happens a lot I said so I just paid 38$ and ugh gash the second I took a bite I thought I'd gotten a spoon of grease the sides were warm the middle still frozen so fyi if u just can't do it any other way n u just have to go to KFC in Hudson there food has just became horrible I wouldn't suggest takin ur family there n feed kids n then they get sick and lord for id u ask for N order of chicken livers of course I had to ask 3 x do y'all have any chicken livers they finally came back n said no we dnt have those here but once a week I had to of been starving which I was to of not got my order right then rw charge me again and then the order was all a mess I saod let me see manager n I explain that they over r chargwd me and rany card 2x I dnt no but the taste of chicken has really just does not have the original taste anymore. And it's so odd lenoir KFC foods always good the pot pie was just ugh bland and our orders were way off I think Hudson KFC need a over haul and new management. There foods nasty and prices are at least 3$ too 5 $ more than anything u order from the KFC in Lenoir

Dear Moderator of this KFC location. From the previous reviews and my experience today problems doesn't get fixed here. The cook decided to come out from his position and shake his head like my order was an inconvenience to him. I hate you get paid to cook and I just ordered over a hundred dollars of my earned money to buy chicken so you can get paid and have your job. No professialism. I asked to speak to manager and as one myself I'm all for protecting my employees even if the wrong. However I'm not going to argue with the customer about actions that I didn't see. You was in an office and to come out and argue that it didn't happen and you wasn't there isn't the best way to handle a situation with a customer with a complaint. I get working in fast food isn't the job anyone just begs to do. However should our standards or professionalism drop because we don't like/won't to do the job we're in.

The 3 young girls I saw up front did not speak to me at all. Until I ask the one standing at register. Then little girl cook dropped off food then slowly walked away. It was very obvious they didn't care about being there. VERY RUDE!!!

Foods ok and service could be a little better especially in the evening hours and they refuse to cook anything new after certain hours and you are forced to go somewhere else or settle for what they have left already cooked.

Ordered thru uber eats. 3 hrs later get my food after placing the order 3 times. Then they simpltons could not read the order and didnt give me the sauce I ordered. And as a company why would you spend someone food you made over an hour earlier for delivery.Uber was and epic fail for my first time and this store was a welllllllll
