Couldn't get what was advertised on the app cause I didn't have card to pay for it and wouldn't offer ne a deal with the same I could pay for with cash as I sat in drive through window.
Unbelievably slow and rude. Got all the way to the window for them to then say it'll be a 15 minute wait after already waiting 20 minutes. Left without food

I sent in an order for a breast and wing combo. What I got was two thighs(i hate thighs!) but I was charged for breast & wing. They were out of breasts, maybe wings and legs also because I didn't get that either. It was 6pm! Thighs and legs are a lot cheaper than breasts and wing. I should have been charged the lower price. Potatoes and coleslaw were good. So was the drink!

The food we got was decent, but 12 wings wasn't the 12 nuggets I ordered. It would have also been great if the gentleman that ordered after us hadn't stuck his entire arm in our food bag and swirled it around like he was a child mixing sand in a sandbox. $1.25 for a honey packet we didn't order is a bit crazy but hey, at least we weren't screamed at like the Lenoir location did. For now I'll continue waiting for the southwest cheddar gravy to arrive. Maybe one day we'll get what we ordered.

Stood at the counter for several minutes around 6:30 pm tonight and was completely ignored. Employees walked by me on the other side of the counter several times. No one said they would be with me in a minute or even acknowledged that I was there so I left. The ratings above were required to post.

I ordered a mountain dew sweet lightning and received this. I also ordered about $2 on sauce and received none of it very disappointed. If I could give this a 0 I would.

Every time I pull up to the drive thru they never give us enough time to look at the menu. I could tell the staff didn’t care about their customers.

Ordered online a chicken sandwich, regular fry, and a large mac & cheese. Opened up to receive 7 old fries, a sandwich that was hard and had 10 pickles on it. The only thing that tasted fine was the mac & cheese.

Ordered a famous bowl and I said no corn add macaroni and cheese she said I can give you a side of macaroni and cheese I said ok , get my food and no corn but still didn't give me my macaroni and cheese I paid for ,also no napkins fork or no thank you have a good day only thing she said was my total , this is ridiculous. I cant get what I ordered for the price I paid .Noone would answer my calls either

I got here right when they opened and I expected lower quality service due to that, but the staff was incredible! The food came out quickly despite them having just opened and everyone was very polite despite me getting there so early. I’ve never been one to go to kfc often, but I will be coming back here!

The last four times I went for Sunday lunch to order chicken livers. They said they didn’t have any. If you’re not gonna have chicken livers you should take it off the menu.
