It's McDonald's some is good some is messed up orders and send like someone punched your sandwich you get what you get

Coffee has really gotten weaker in last month

Recently went to this Mcdonald’s today, met the best worker i’ve ever seen at any Mcdonald’s. I believe is name was Khian, super friendly and great service, definitely deserves a raise despite his current pay!
Very rude staff and unclean restaurant. They barely pay attention to the front they are more focused on the drive thru.
Whoever made my ice caramel coffee around 9ish pm 04/28/25 Hudson location , PLEASE DON’T make it ever again . Where was the caramel at ??? It was just coffee and way too much milk . It was so bad I couldn’t even drink it to not waste it but I had to pour it out 🤢😭 sad it was such a waste and yall wasn’t even busy I was the only car and hardly anyone in side

The manger at the Overland Park on metcalf location called me ridiculous after my mobile order didn’t go through and I had already paid but didn’t have a number, I showed her I paid in my bank and she refused to help me. Told me she works at the store and the app has nothing to do w her. Do not recommend McDonald’s after this has happened twice to me now. A manger calling a customer a name is actually insane.
You know it really is a crying shame as much money as people have to spend on this fast food they could at least make sure the quality is up to par with what people are having to pay I'm sorry if you're having to spend over $5 on one smoothie then the cup should at least be full and if you're setting your machines to shorten people that screwed up you can go to McDonald's in Wilkesboro and it's so full it's coming through the lid but you go to Hudson and it's a different story
