Fantastic brunch! Food, drinks, and service were excellent with laid back and relaxed dining areas. Mimosa and sangria special was a real nice surprise and definitely a great start to the day. Ordered mainly from their brunch menu, but loved that their full menu was also in play. We had tried the Cubano Rolls, El Barbaro del Ritmo, El Yuma, Fulano Y Mengano, and shared the Tres Leches and Flan for dessert.

I have been ordering lunch for the last several weeks and every time I thought that that was a great meal if get better for the other, that's why I decided to post a review. Portions are substantial for $10:00 and some sides are even as low as $2:00 great quality of food and excellent packaging for delivery. I just being at the restaurant once but it is was equally pleasant, the service and the food.

Azúcar Cuban Restaurant is an awesome spot with a cozy, vibrant vibe. It's not a huge place, so expect a bit of a wait during peak times but trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. They have a social lounge where you can relax with drinks, or a dining area for full-service meals.
We tried both the Special Cubano and the Tampa Cubano sandwiches both were outstanding! The Tostones, Maduros, and Empanadas were delicious, and the Arroz Con Pollo Imperial was mouthwatering and packed with flavor.
Don’t skip the cocktails! They’re refreshingly unique and crafted with a twist you won’t find in your typical bar or pub. Perfect place for a night out with friends or a laid-back dinner with family. Highly recommend!

Arroz con Pollo: One of the most colorful dishes I have seen. Full of flavors. It was like a Caribbean Dancing with he Food Stars in my mouth. With plenty of chicken, just cut into smaller pieces and enjoy. The Platanos Maduros, perfectly caramelized and a sweet delight. It's a perfect combination of salty and sweet for this dish
BONUS; They got me to eat peas, and like it!! Do you know how hard that is? 😂

My best girl enjoyed the Loaded Potatoes, which isn't what you might assume. It was yummy!
There's a Azucar in Ballentine Village, too. We'll be checking it out for sure. If you're seeking out excellent Cuban cuisine, this is it.
