Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

The Philly was AWFUL. The meat is crunchy as in overcooked. The sandwich has no real flavor and the condiments are not worth eating. The one I really wanted wasn't included. My first and last time I order from this business!!!!

We love this Bad Daddy’s location. They make the best build your own salads 🥗 with the freshest ingredients. We love our server Kate. She rocks!

This place used to be good but it’s really gone downhill. The service is impersonal, the order is never right and the ingredients are sub-par: old prepped vegetables, poor quality buns, the burgers never seem to be able to be cooked to temp. The sauces never make it to the table and the sides are more often than not overcooked and somehow Cole. The chicken is stringy and never quite crispy when fried. Why do we keep coming back here? Because we are chasing what it used to be… Literally go anywhere else…

Tip changed on receipt by server. Spoke with management to correct/address issue but did not receive refund. Notified by my credit card company of tip change. Mgr text copy of receipt and not our signature.
Called to follow up multiple times and told mgr not available. Beware!!

I took my wife and daughter there for the first time on Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was nice, but the food was unpretentious despite its alluring appearance. I had the Magic Mushroom burger with truffle Parmesan fries, my wife had the buffalo chicken, and my daughter had the BD's All American. Our appetizer was "Not your momma's devil's eggs", (which looked good) but again, everything tasted so plain as if it wasn't properly seasoned or something. We found ourselves having to dip everything in truffle sauce just to give it some sense of appealing taste. But my greatest disappointment came when I ordered the Cherry Bomb Mocktail which was advertised in their menu in a large glass. Imagine my surprise when our waitress brought mines out in this tiny glass jug which was half the size and bore no resemblance to the large cup advertised on their menu. All in all, it was a unique experience for us, but I can't say with certainty I'll be going back again anytime soon.

Cassie was our server (dark hair/purple bangs - awesome!) and she was wonderful! I could tell she was hustling, but she was very friendly while balancing her busy section.

The cheeseburgers were exceptional! My husband and I customized our toppings (lots to choose from) and the burgers came out hot, clearly cooked to order and juicy - with perfectly melted cheese. The veggies on mine were still chilled, yum!!

My onion rings were thick cut, lightly battered and perfectly done. Hubs is not an "onion rings guy" but even he commented that they looked well made. No pics but only because we dug right in.

We'll be back, for sure!

Wonderful hospitality, atmosphere, food, and generosity from the staff there at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar (Huntersville, NC @ Birkdale Village). We took our entire soccer team there during a weekend tournament and Kayleigh, Aaron, and Daphne were awesome. We had a large table of kids and separate tables for parents. Thanks! We'll be back.

kayleigh was awesome! knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recs, and was super friendly. truffle fries are bomb!

Hubby and I tried their CYO smash burgers. It was a “smash” hit with both of us! We ordered a double angus patty on brioche bun with cheese, tomato, and lettuce. We also ordered a side of truffle fries to share which was amazing, especially with their dip. Delicious! We’d come back to order the smash burgers and truffle fries again! Service was also excellent.
