I read a lot of reviews about staff being rude...all I have to say is, maybe it's a you thing. I found the staffthere friendly, efficient and heard them calling regulars by their first names. The food, well worth the hype the bite on the bagel is perfect and I love the assortment of sweet and savory bagels and cream cheeses. Thanks for making this my first visit and definately not my last!

The best bagels I’ve ever had. I recently hired the Bagel Bin to cater a wedding breakfast. They were great to work with and did a wonderful job all around. I’m a customer and knew their bagels and cream cheese are top notch. Guests from New York who’ve been eating bagels their whole lives were commenting on how good the bagels were. I took extras home, freezed them and have been toasting them for breakfast. These truly are the best bagels I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve been to some legendary delis up north. Thanks to the Bagel Bin, my love affair with the bagel has been rekindled. ❤️🥯😊

I’ve been going here since 2000 and I have always loved the place, a true New York water bagel.
So happy Alex the new owner took the place back over and brought it back to what it always was, excellent bagels and great customer service.
Alex knows how to treat people right and he's the reason to go no where else.
Now if only he could bring back Tomeka, who I miss, she always asked about my girls who are now 22 and 24.

Wow! This place is incredible! Tried for the first time today and was blown away with how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff were. It’s a must try if you’re in the area. I got the blackened turkey sandwich and it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back and try more things on the menu!

Stopped because it was on the way home. Pleasant surprise for a random pick. Line was to the door the entire time but the wait was reasonable. Ordered a Metro, breakfast bagel and some bagels/cream cheese. Great choices on the menu, looking forward to exploring more choices. Will be regular stop between CLT and home.
