I wasn’t impressed…. But maybe I just didn’t like the bagel I picked. It was kinda mushy and the cream cheese was watery. I will return and try again with a different bagel and cream cheese.

Hate to leave bad reviews, but the people at this establishment are extremely rude every single time we go in. Their bagels and food are good, but they consistently mess up our order (which is fine, mistakes happen) but the issue is whenever you go up to the counter to ask nicely if they can make it correctly, they gaslight you, tell you you didn’t order it that way and then give attitude the whole time. Happens almost every time we go.

Stopped in for lunch today, wasn’t sure to get… the lively ladies suggested a Sicilian… that was the best sandwich I have ever had!!! Toasted ciabatta and cooked to perfection! The service was quick and efficient, there was a line out the door, but these ladies worked that line like pros! Hands down awesome service. I will return Monday for another great experience!

Absolutely horrendous service. The women upfront are so angry. I've never seen such angry women, it's clear they can't handle the job, or communicate well with customers. Shame on you ladies. I hope for the owners sake, they see these reviews, and how these women. Are completely ruining your establishment. The women who work upfront are extremely rude. The bagels are good, but we won't return because of how badly they treat you. I notice many people have complained about these women, mainly the heavy brunette upfront who literally goes out of her way to be mean. Absolute horrendous service.

I ordered an item on the menu (bagel with cream Cheese and lox). They charged the price on the menu plus a “custom charge”. Initially $2 and the they changed it to $3. Leakey they are basically just stealing as I was ordering an item on menu. I strongly disagree with this scam. Then they wanted a tip too?

I love this place so much, it’s become a weekend tradition to get sammiches and bagels from here. I love supporting local family establishments and they make it SO easy, since the people are so kind and the bagels are sooooo good. Don’t turn around if you see a line out the door! It moves fast and is worth the wait!

Moving to Charlotte Metro from NJ, I was excited to find a place that served a Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese. I appreciate that they do and I’m giving Bagel Bin 3 stars for existing but they can certainly do better on this $10 sandwich pictured.
1. Fry your egg and let the yolk be runny 2. Use more slices of taylor and make yolk be runny. Also layer the taylor & the egg 3. Actually melt the cheese

The food is good, but the woman at the front counter has the worst attitude I have ever encountered in my life. It’s almost as if she goes out of her way to be rude. This is the kind of place where people probably visit once and never return because of how unpleasant the experience is. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place fails miserably in that department. I won’t be back.

My family picked up bagels to-go from this place, and after hearing about their experience and eating the bagels at home, I can confidently say we won’t be going back. The bagels themselves were fine—nothing special—but the real issue was the employee. My family said she was rude, dismissive, and made the whole process miserable. They were just trying to grab a quick breakfast, but her nasty attitude completely ruined the experience. Also charging to cut a bagel is absurd. Honestly, even the best bagels wouldn’t be worth that kind of treatment, and these were far from great. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
