Order a large drink at the drive thru. once I got to the window, the cashier informed me that the drink I had ordered was out. Why not just let me know when I first ordered? I had to wait in the drive thru for seven minutes for some to let me know that the drink was out.

This has got to be the slowest bojangles ever.
This has to be one of the worst BoJangles I have ever been to. I have given them two chances because sometimes there is off days but both times I received the absolute worst customer service. My mom went in the first time to get us breakfast as I just moved in the area. We received bo rounds instead of the fries we asked for and we also ordered 2 coffee’s and the young girl at the drive through said they were out and she didn’t know how to make coffee. So we pull to the side to wait for her to bring it out and 15 minutes goes by with no sign of the employee. My mom ends up going inside to ask where is the coffees and a employee finally comes to the door with the coffee. The lids weren’t on properly so the hot coffee got all over my mom as the lady handed it to her. We waited so long for some coffee that our food was cold.
Today I went inside to place my order because the drive through was moving very slow. I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone bothered to come take my order. Not a single soul was inside waiting to order. Finally the young lady comes over to take my order and puts in the wrong thing because the employees are yelling in the back she probably couldn’t hear me. I got all the way home before I realized that I was given a regular Sausage biscuit instead of the BoBerry Sausage Biscuit I ordered. On top of being given the wrong order my fries were burnt and cold at the same time. How do you manage to mess up an order that bad when the person is standing in front of you. The girl who took my order was very nice and she is the only saving grace for this location.
Overall the employees move very slowly with no sense of urgency and seem quite uneducated on the job itself (Not knowing how to make coffee). There isn’t even a person taking the order at the drive through anymore it is automated so im not sure how they could be so backed up with only 4 cars in the line.
Update: I went back to get what I actually ordered and just paid for it to avoid any problems. They said it will be a 4 minute wait for the biscuit. I waited just over 10 minutes before I decided to just go inside to figure out whats the hold up. The lady tells me I wasn’t waiting since 2:37 for the order meanwhile I have a whole receipt with a time stamp on it. Just a bunch of excuses.

I often visit this location for family members. However, I tried the rice bowl and enjoyed it topped with chicken bites. They were out of the regular chicken topping. The bowl was good although it could have used more rice. When I arrived at the window, the smell of weed was pungent. This was inappropriate. Service was great, though.

What is the point of AI order taking when the service is so slow? 5 pm on a Tuesday seems like prime meal time. Waited on food for 15 minutes at drive thru. Won’t be back.

Got 2 dry chicken sandwiches and then needed BBQ sauce. Wanted .42censt each for them. I mean I just spent 13 on 2 sandwiches. So I went next store to McDonald's and got 2 free BBQ. Sorry Bojangles. Stop trying to rob and Penny pinch people

This five stars are for their nice staff and for their patience with us. They need help! They were severely understaff today. And a customer came and wanted to eat them alive like it was the staff,'s fault. Please hire more people for this location. They need help, they need all the help they can get. I came here because I don't want to criticize but help in any way. If you see that a restaurant is struggling don't argue with the workers and make it a worst environment for them. They are serving us! They are people like you I, let's all show them some courtesy.

I ordered a chicken sandwich the chicken was raw
Filthy inside, no napkins or tea in dining area, no paper towels in restroom, employee taking orders asked what time is is and and just walked off when I told her as if it was her break time.
No one has cleaned tables or mopped floor in dining area and kitchen is a disaster with workers standing around.
No one cares about their job anymore and it definitely shows here.

Usually don't have the best experience with this location but tonight takes the cake. Made a mobile order for a 20 piece family meal. App/website says order should be ready 30 minutes after I placed the order. When I got there, I hit the "I'm here" button and waited... and waited. 30 minutes and several drive thru orders later, I had enough waiting and went to the window where the worker claimed to not know anything about my order. Once she went back to double check, she says they don't have enough food for what I ordered (she said they weren't dropping any more chicken.. It's 730 and the store closes at 10) and there weren't enough people to make it (there were 3 people back there with her). I asked about a refund and was told I could do it on the app. After figuring out how to request it.. I saw 4 cars in the drive thru... So much for not "dropping any more chicken". This is a terrible experience.
If the store is unable to receive mobile orders, it shouldn't be an option on the app/website.

They never have all items on menu and refuse to give good customer service, ordered bo bites they had none then refused to sub order for a cheaper meal. This location needs to be shutdown.
