The restaurant was filthy. The orders were slow to come out, the staff somewhat confused. The manager was a delight but that's not enough to make me return. The dining room didn't have a clean table in it.

Latoya Largent is stellar. She was the manager at the Morganton, NC location before moving to Huntersville, NC. She is now managing this location and has great customer service and managing abilities. The store is clean and well kept! Way to go Latoya!

Terrible. I've tried my best to give this Bojangles location the benefit of the doubt but their food tastes like chemicals. I ordered 2 wings and a sausage gravy biscuit with egg. Disgusting. I got 3 burnt old wings and the sausage biscuit was a disaster. They touch your food with the same gloves they use to wipe down the counters. Do better. I've thrown the last 3 orders in the trash because the food is not edible.

First of time visiting this location as I was grabbing a bite to eat from out of town! Service was top tier, as I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome! The manager on duty was Toya! Excellent personality and made sure my food was fresh!! Would definitely visit again!

I must say that the food and service was amazing. I expected nothing less the manager Ann served as a manager in my hometown of Morganton. I remember before she got there the food was always cold they never had food cooked and the attitudes of the employees was terrible. I became a fan and a customer again because Ann always made sure we was served good quality food always hot and the change of atmosphere. She will be missed thanks for the amazing food again from our stop at your new store
