2/19/2025- horrible service and long drive thru line. Seems like they take the order when you pull up because it’s not ready when you’re at the window. Save your 30 minutes and go somewhere else.

Minutes and say some Of it wasn’t available. High dissatisfied because they should have checked before taking my order.

I would avoid this Bojangles like the plague. For starters my order is almost never right, but I could deal with that. Tonight I was picking up a carryout order where one of the employees behind th counter at the food was openly talking to her co-workers about throwing up. That is so disgusting I will never go back to this one. That is a health risk and I cannot believe I'm having to say you shouldn't be sick and handle food. Right after talking about getting sick handing me a box of food I walked out in disgust and threw it away immediately. I should have got a refund.

Terrible experience, no excuse to be spending 20-30$ on food in 2024 for costumer service, wait times and organization to be horrible. I waited 25 minutes on two tender boxes a total of 9 tenders. I then asked for a refund because it looked as if they just gave up making food. I watched multiple cars be taken care of in the drive thru. Mind you it’s only 2 cars in the drive through and 4 people in the dining room who had already ate. No excuse. The manager acted as if he had no idea what was going on, I watched him stand around looking crazy. The manager did not try to get my food he immediately issued me a refund and told me there was a shift change. How ? I see employees going on break, playing with the garbage swinging it around, not washing their hands!! Using gloves improperly!! If the owner/company doesn’t take this serious. Why am I waisting my money ? There’s no conviene I would have just cooked to be standing in a dirty bojangles for 30 minutes after a long day of school.

Went on the way too work and picked up my food thru the drive thru, I ordered a 12 piece Bo-Bites combo and also a kids supreme combo. I did not check my food until after I drove off. Food was not fresh and luke warm, had I not drove off and checked my food before I left they would have been cooking me fresh food or giving my money back. I spent $20 dollars (WASTED) on cold food that wasn’t good or fresh even the biscuit was cold. I was going to call back to the store but for what? Reading the other reviews it’s not going to change anything. I will not stop at the Bojangles ever again.

Ask for fries, light salt, and they gave me fries that had been sitting a while. They were too hard to chew. I will be checking them before I get home next time

This location is among the elite in our area. I would compare their approach to customer service to that of those "eat more chikin" folks. Super quick service and always polite and attentive. Stay away from the Turnersburg location. Drive the extra 2 miles and be treated like a valued guest!

My food was cold my drink was nonexistent and my supreme dinner chicken fingers were literally the size of my index finger never again 0 stars.

Good food but check your order to make sure it is all there. They never have all the menu items. Will tell you they are out of eggs if you order a breakfast sandwich mid-day. I even have been told that breakfast is over like this is McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Hardee's, etc. Bojangles has always and still does market breakfast biscuits all day. Bad attitude from employees and I hate the new AI system at the drive thru. It's gets orders wrong to the point that it is not helping productivity. It makes workers more lazy. People have started to park more and come inside to talk to a human. This restaurant doesn't belong in Huntersville as this is a more suburban area with higher expectations. Maybe move to the crime filled areas of Charlotte. We expect better up here.

Terrible experience. Trees are blocking the signs, and at night, you can drive right past it and not know what kind of business it is.

They didn’t have the Bo’s chicken sandwich at 8:30pm at night after I had already ordered and pulled up to the window. Yes, a chicken restaurant not having a chicken sandwich. I thought it was a bit odd so I told her just the 3-piece supreme meal instead, and I got the most confused look with no response. So I said “just cancel my order out” and I left. The bojangles in Mooresville 10 minutes further north had everything and was great.

I love having a biscuit in the morning. This morning my husband and I ordered steak and egg combos. My fries were old and cold. His bo-rounds were cold and old. The biscuit was fresh but the steak and egg taste like it had been sitting. In all fairness, the lunch items were already put out. We arrived around 10:45am, but they serve biscuits all day. They were concerned about the drive thru and door dash orders. I had to hunt for a clean table. This is my 2nd time at this location and both times were not what I'm used to from Bojangles. I know to just wait until I'm close to home or choose another location.
