So I don’t know how this restaurant stays in business let alone has 4.5 stars… talk about 4.5 of the worst customer service in the Charlotte area!!! This is about the 4th different time I’ve come here and wanted food, but I wanted take out. Well they make you wait at least 5-10 min before placing an order, then they make you wait so long you wonder if they might spit in your food or something…. everyone that works here seems like they just do not care to be here. Hostess greeting was not genuine at all either. I’m gonna be honest this time I walked out the door didn’t even place an order. Won’t ever be back either. Hope this place goes out of business soon. It’s a waste of space in huntersville.

We eat here often and usually the food is great but the service has been declining over the last few years. My family of 4 put our name on the call ahead waitlist approximately 1 hour before arriving, when we arrived we were told it would be an additional hour to hour and a half even though we had call ahead seating. We sat to wait and after 30 minutes the hostess came up and told us we might as well leave, that the kitchen was so behind it would likely be another hour and a half before we were seated.

My sister and I went for brunch/lunch on yesterday. Our server was Eli! Eli was wonderful, very attentive to our needs. There was hardly anyone there and that was okay for us. My meal was bland! I selected the Chicken Marsala with steam broccoli which I added cheese on it plus garlic mashed potatoes which had slivers of the skin. There was too much potato skin in the mashed potatoes and the first order of broccoli with cheese had provolone melted which was not tasty. I got another order with melted cheddar cheese, it was okay. The Chicken Marsala had no flavor, very bland. The only thing I enjoyed was the herbal dipping sauce with bread plus the sweet tea! My sister said her meal was good!

I had the shrimp scampi lunch special. The scampi was very good, I highly recommend it. The special also came with soup and a salad. I will say, I love a really crispy, cold, fresh salad, and this was perfect! That's hard to find, believe it or not. Enjoyable lunch with friends. I'm definitely going back.

Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs to go. Meal was ready when we pulled in. Got home, meals, bread, and salads where all correct.
