Although the Birkdale location was fairly busy, the customer service was good and the food was delish. Disappointed that right rice is no longer on the menu but the lentils were suggested as an alternative; surprisingly, I enjoyed them. Thanks for a very nice dining experience!
servers are always rude when i come here, especially the one finishing the bowls. lamis? i think? she didn’t say a word to me and handed me an open bowl, and treated the girl in front of me poorly as well. She was distracted while finishing my order and another employee had to press the screen for her.
I went in yesterday for the first time. Jenna made me a harissa avocado bowl. She was so friendly and answered all my questions about the different choices. Couldn't ask for better customer service and it was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend it.
