I placed an online order for a quick order of fries at this location as I was passing through 77. I need a snack that I could eat while driving.
The drive thru line was quite long, but the employees were very pleasant and they kept that line moving with precision. I later received emails from this location that were thoughtful. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the Chick-fil-A in Huntersville, North Carolina, and as always, the service was exceptional. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, I encountered a situation that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. While waiting outside, I noticed one of the employees braving the cold to take customers' orders, and I felt compelled to show my appreciation by offering her a tip. Unfortunately, she kindly informed me that they are not permitted to accept tips, which struck me as quite unfortunate.
It’s truly disheartening to think that those who provide such dedicated service, especially in harsh weather conditions, are not allowed to receive any form of gratitude from customers. It seems strange that a company known for its great customer service would not permit their employees to accept tips, especially when they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for patrons. The chilly weather and the commitment of the staff deserve acknowledgment, and it feels unjust that they cannot receive a token of appreciation for their hard work.
While I do not see this policy as unethical, I find it concerning that good-hearted customers, eager to express their gratitude through tips, are met with restrictions. This situation warrants attention from the management, as it reflects on the overall experience of dining at Chick-fil-A. As a result of this disappointing policy, I feel compelled to give my visit a one-star rating. I believe that both the owner and the management need to reconsider this approach to customer service and find a way to allow employees to accept tips for their admirable efforts.

We ordered via DoorDash. We had 3 orders all included some type of sauce or ketchup. 1 drink was no ice and the other was lite ice and the other was tea. We received no sauces or condiments. The soft drinks were reversed. The food was soggy. I could not eat my food because frankly CFA is only good because of the Polynesian sauce. First time ordering from this location, also the last time.

I don’t normally post any reviews, much less negative ones, but this was pretty bad, esp given that Chick-fil-a’s trademark is their reputation. I ordered the side-size (not replacement for fries w a combo) of the kale crunch salad, and this is what I got. About a third to a half of normal. Very bizarre and wanted to give this feedback. Hopefully they change course in the future because this is pretty bad.
