I have never been to a Chic fil A that the service wasn't good. Fast service. and food is always fresh.
This Chic-fil-A is a staple for the Huntersville area and has been for many years. This location is not only one of the only ones in town, but it is also a place that has clearly improved to fit with the changing times. For example, they added the two-lane drive-thru system to handle the extra customer traffic they receive, which has helped significantly.
The quality of the restaurant shows just by the sheer volume of costumers they receive on a daily basis. They can have lines backed up all the way around the road during lunch or dinner hours and it is a testament to the good service and quality here. Just be aware that if you go, it will likely be very crowded.

Went through the drive through tried to pay with cash, and they would not accept my $50 dollar bill.Even though my total was forty three dollars and some change, there was a sign posted that they did not accept fifties on the drive through window.But was not posted where you ordered the food in the drive through.And I was told to google the phone number for chick, fil a's customer care, and they did not say my pleasure.One single time.

Tea used to be sweet. Now you have to add sweeteners to it. And they don’t even have the pink sweeteners. You have to use 2or 3 of the blue or yellow ones. Sometimes the bread crumbles into pieces. Fast food isn’t a cheap meal anymore. And the waffle fries aren’t done like they used to be. I have to ask for well done waffle fries. If not they are soft and not tasty.
