Nice experience at this Chili's today. Except for one employee that totally disregarded our request for a to-go container, even though she said she would bring us one, the service was amazing. It took a bit for our server to come to the table but once she got there it was worth the wait. Food was fresh and tasty, place was clean and except for the one employee the staff was extremely friendly. If you are in the area stop by for some good eats. Ask for Payton, she was our server and was definitely locked in and made sure we had a good experience.

Food was good, the Mexican street corn was incredible! The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the manager walked around and checked on each table and she was super fun to chat with. Definitely would dine at this location again.

Had not been to Chili's in a long time and was so looking forward to some delicious ribs. However, something has changed. The ribs were very dry almost to the point of beef jerky. The fries were overcooked and dry as if they had been refried. When the server came back and asked about the food, I shared with her how dry it was and of course she offered something else, but I was already disappointed, and really just wanted to leave. Having one overcooked item is a mistake, but two signature items that are egregiously dry to is a sign of leadership deteriorating and not being concerned about food quality. The food that came to my table should've never been served and it shouldn't be the responsibility of the server to try to smooth over.

I have ordered DoorDash from here many times, and almost always get the triple dipper appetizer platter. This location never gets the order right. They ignore sauce preferences and sometimes even put the wrong food item in. I’ve even called them after placing the order to make sure they have it correct, confirmed it with them, then still received a wrong order. They clearly just don’t care. I would not recommend ordering pickup or delivery from here.
Service was fantastic and food was amazing. Fast, hot, and fresh. From start to finish, apps, entrees, drinks, and dessert was less than an hour.

Went for lunch. Seated immediately. Chose the "3 for me" meal which was an appetizer, drink and entree for $10.99 USD. Got the salad, crispy chicken tenders with mac n cheese and a drink. Enjoyed.
